We were chasing a gas cooker recently and called there. The helpful assistant went to a good deal of trouble to get the information we required - we were looking for a non standard size. And we were certainly impressed with the courtesy and help though we eventually had to go elsewhere for a suitable appliance.

Only thing bad that I can say is the shop only sells used goods (not a problem in itself) but it's not clearly stated on any signs outside of the shop so could mislead people.
