Bought a Liverpool lounge suit as a present for my son on Friday11.12.2020. got it home and parceled it up. gave it to him on sat for his birthday and was totally disgusted to discover that only the top was in the box. took back to Limerick store where they refused to supply me with trousers to complete the set. The weather on friday was so wet the bag with the receipt was destroyed. Was informed it was my fault that the trousers were not in the box. Surely staff when accepting my cash for goods could see the missing item and rectify it. If you buy any sets as xmas presents for loved ones in Pennys ensure the contents are all there. They have improved their clonmel store a lot over the last month and have much better stock. The staff are friendly and are great to help when you are looking for something. The store is better laid out and you no longer feel cramped when shopping. read more
