They brought it back to the shop and explained two of the batteries were bad because they gave us the wrong charger with the cart. While they replaced the batteries, I then had to pay an additional $300 for a different kind of charger that fit our needs, which we should have been provided in the first place. Four months and maybe 20 miles later, the cart dies again. This time, they come pick it up and now they tell me the motor is dead. After a total of maybe 30 miles since the purchase. They now say it will be $700 for a new motor and offered nothing in terms of discount, warranty or anything. Their main competitor was able to fix it for $250 cheaper. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys.
