    Half filled family Cole Slaw

    We ordered the 10 piece leg and thigh combo which is supposed to come with family sized sides. We took the fries and coleslaw but the coleslaw was the usual container only filled halfway which is only able to feed two people rather than a "family". We tried speaking to the girl at the window and asked her about it to which she said "well that is the size and that's how all of them are". We feel ripped off with the amount of food we got. This isn't the first time we've had issues at this location. If you are claiming to give a family side then fill up the container to feed to feed this so called family.

    I just visited the Forney location and ordered the four piece chicken stip meal. I think the name should be changed to the four piece chicken chunk meal. They must have given me the smallest pieces of chicken they had. It's a new business plus, they had a promotion for first reaponders back in May and I wanted to show my appreciation by buying from them instead of Chicken Express. However, the value just isn't there. I understand profit margins... etc, but please make the servings equal to the price.

    Ugh...the very reason I hate drive-thru! You truly never know what you receive until you reach your destination. I ordered family pack tenders half spicy and half regular, family fries, family Okra. The regular tenders which were on top were fine, but under were the spicy and it looked as though the top fell off of the seasoning while pouring. The Orka was burnt, not only did it look burnt but also tasted burnt. Pictures attached. Very disappointing. On any other day I would have driven back over but I was too tired.

    I went to golden chick tonight got the 4 roll 16 piece tender dinner what I didnt get were the rolls first impression they kinda suck

    Don't even think about ordering the corn dog. Sonic is much better. And the chicken was horrible.

    I went through the drive-through today, and this was actually my third experience at this location…read morerecently. This time, I decided not to buy anything because of the interaction I had while ordering. Customer service should be at the center of everything, especially in a business where you have so much competition around you. What makes customers return is not just the food -- it's the experience and the way they're treated. Unfortunately, the past three times I've visited this Forney location through the drive-through, the customer service has felt very cold and unwelcoming. It honestly comes across like some employees do not want to be there. When customers ask questions or need help with the menu, the responses feel dismissive or irritated instead of helpful. For example, when I asked about an item, I was met with an attitude and a response like, "Can't you see what's on the screen?" That kind of interaction pushes customers away instead of making them feel valued. What's disappointing is that there are competitors nearby -- like Chick-fil-A -- where employees are consistently friendly, patient, smiling, and genuinely happy to help. That level of service is a huge reason why people keep coming back. Customers remember how they are treated. I even called to provide feedback to the manager, and while she mentioned that the employee was "not a bad person," my concern is not about someone being a bad person. It's about hiring and developing people who naturally want to serve customers and represent the brand well. A business can slowly damage its own reputation when customers repeatedly leave feeling frustrated or unwelcome. That is what makes this so disheartening. I've left disappointed multiple times thinking I wouldn't come back, yet each experience has been the same. This location is hurting the brand experience, and I truly hope management takes customer service more seriously moving forward.

But because they named it the Krabby Patty meal they want to charge you $12 for it. Do yourself a favor order the Dave's combo and a dollar Frosty and save yourself $4 per meal. Do they honestly think people would not notice, shameful at the least With that out of the way I would like to say this particular Wendy's is surprisingly clean and I found the customer service to be great. Which is surprising because most Wendy's I have been into in the Greater Dallas area have been a disaster, so it is refreshing to see one that has a higher standard. Our order was made swiftly, Fresh and correctly, which is also nice. Now I have only ever been to this location once but it was at dinner time and they were rather busy so that's saying something. * For corporate I don't know who needs to hear this but gimmicks don't work, all you do is alienate your customer base and hurt the brand. If you want Increase sales you need to lower prices and raise standards across the board, think In-N-Out Burger or Chick-fil-A. Sure you will take a hit in profits for a little while but the increase in customers will more than make up for it over time.

Lived in Forney almost my entire life and sad to say I've had nothing but bad experiences of this establishment. My drive thru experience was not very pleasant, the person in front of me was arguing with the cashier from the looks of it. and after the car pulled forward and I approached the window, the cashier unprofessionally said "did you see that shit bruh, damn" but the real reason why I even wrote this review was because when I get home and look at my food, There was mold in my Chocolate frosty....Mold in a frosty.... How is that even possible!?!?!? Very dissapointed and I encourage everybody to not come to this specific Wendy's ever again!! Unfortunately I immediately threw away the frosty and was too infuriated to even think of posting a review. I am beyond enraged...
