Appointments are easy and flexible because the front desk is amazing. They are friendly and will work with you if you have an emergency. You never feel like they do not care. Dr. Abraham is great with kids - funny and personable and gives out great swag gifts to warm the kids up. Very little wait time if any because they staff and assign appointments properly. This is so important for parents with no time and kids who play competitive sports! Price is reasonable and everything is upfront. The price is the price as long as you do your part. They do not charge you for things along the way that I've read about some other orthodontists doing. 10/10 would recommend. They made our experience as stress free as it can be.

Dr. Abraham is a perfectionist in the best way. He truly cares about every patient, remembers names and details, and makes each visit personal and positive. My son had Invisalign instead of braces, and it was the perfect choice thanks to Dr. Abraham's expert care. He wore the aligners for about a year with regular visits, then a retainer for another year, and now only checks in as needed. I usually hear of dentists having problems extracting wisdom teeth that have not broken the gum's surface but I did not even have any pain following the surgery by following his advice and his prescriptions. He also charges very decent prices and is from what I hear an honest family man. I had trouble finding his office however.. since it is off the main part of northern boulevard but it is right by the H-mart on Northern! Definitely go to him for any need.. from teeth extractions to oral surgery. He's great. Will be going again!

The assistant was gentle with our daughter when taking photos and getting X-rays set up. Our daughter felt comfortable every step of the way and we never felt rushed. We even walked in to a personalized welcome message on the screen, which was a nice added touch and sweet gesture. Dr. Fung walked us through our daughter's X-ray results and took the time to provide a detailed treatment plan. We had many questions and none of them were left unanswered. Modern and comfortable- unlike your typical offices at the dentist or orthodontist. They have customized seating in the waiting area, unlike the cookie-cutter chairs you'll see at other places. Staff: very friendly and easy to work with. Bonnie at the front desk was helpful and accommodating at every step. Some kids here seem to know and love Dr. Shauna as well. Cleanliness: The office/clinic is very clean. I asked and they mentioned that they opened recently, but they also clean and sanitize everything regularly. Smells nice too. Our insurance actually covers photos but they said our pediatric dentist already used it - which they did not (they confirm submitting for bite wing only not the full mouth that she wanted to charge us for). To be fair this could be an insurance mistake, but they were not helpful and there are a lot of orthos that will do this FOR FREE. Our ortho monitored my kids teeth for two years before starting with no payment to lock us in or sign a contract. For free with X-rays and everything! During our follow online meeting, we discussed expanders being 3k and different options available only to be told that my daughter didn't need it (why did you bring it up?) and the cost was a lot more than my ortho that I ended up using (2k more). I felt that the conversation about expanders was to scare me into being relieved that the cost was less than anticipated. The tone was cold, pushy, and the experience was stressful. Obviously we did not go with this practice. The whole experience felt sketchy, and they were difficult to work with.
