The ambiance is calm, peaceful, and quiet; the perfect place to work remotely, study, write, relax, or simply hang out for a while. The old space had a lot more character...and more beer. The beer selection is now very limited compared to what it used to be. They say they partnered with Cultured South to sell both beer and kombucha, but it feels more like Cultured South bought Arches and just has a limited selection of the original Arches beer just so they can still legitimately use the name and draw people to the space. I'm not a kombucha drinker, so the new Arches doesn't really hit the mark for me.
