After picking it up, I went back bc I wanted to inquire about possibly getting my wire clasp shortened to where the ball is closer to the pendant, but she explained why she kept it longer to protect my jade from cracking where the hole is drilled. I appreciated her expertise and care for my treasured jade pendant :) thanks again!

We've been here twice and the customer service was so bad we won't be returning…read more The first time, we came to get an engagement ring resized. I didn't totally love it, and the lady Bena took that opportunity to dig into all the ways the ring was lacking. Almost convinced us to trade in the ring, lose so much of the value, and have CMR make another for us with additional costs. Looks like another poor customer in the reviews fell for it so seems like she does this a lot. It felt really rude and my fiancé felt pretty distraught after since he put a lot of thought into selecting it. We ended up getting it resized somewhere else and they had nothing but good things to say about my ring. I came back a second time to get my wedding band resized since this location is nearby. I hardly got acknowledged when I walked in, waited there for 10 minutes while Bena kept talking at another couple about her life, til I decided to pack up and leave. Towards the end, her husband even came and tended to the other couple, but no one seemed to have any interest in helping me. Annoying.
