Service: I think today they had about one server on each side of the diner, so it was a little slow, but there were a lot of people there Food: food is always good. I heard their breakfast is usually amazing. I decided to try their open face turkey and I got the half portion which was a small sliver of turkey not even worth mentioning. But it was good. Their mashed potatoes are the bomb for diner potatoes love them.! Price: $$ affordable Cleanliness: 8/10

Cruisers was recommended to me by my local family when I was visiting. It did not disappoint! I had…read morethe chicken and noodles and they were rich and flavorful. They came with two sides and I chose the green beans and slaw. The green beans tasted like the green beans my mother used to can and they had small pieces of ham in them, Delicious! But the best part were the homemade meringue banana and coconut cream pies! They make their own pies and they were the best I have ever had! I even brought extra pieces home with me. They had many other flavors, too. If you eat at Cruisers, make sure to have dessert!

They had already closed and said they'd put my name down for another day. That was fine. Fast-forward a week and they've never heard of me. I am guessing $14 worth of food isn't alot so when I pay that I expect my food or a refund. We came for fast food but it was anything but. We quit going for a while because this location is never consistent. I understand the staff shortages, items not always being available, etc. Also, prepared for the price. It's outrageous, but Cincinnati style Chili at any location is about the same. However, this evening, they seemed staffed adequately. The drive-thru was the only option. One other vehicle had been in the drive-thru. It took forever for someone to greet us with less than a pleasurable demeanor. They were out of a few things, so we decided on a coney crate. Simple, quick. Nope. It took another 10 minutes. I'd think I was lying had I not tapped on the window after 7, thinking maybe they had forgotten. I thought it had to at the least be super fresh! Half were great, the other half were luke warm, and the cheese was hard? It's like we had two sets of conveys in our crate.

Always buzzing but still manage to get your order out quickly. Sauce is amazing and always still a secret. Staff is great always friendly. Bathrooms always in great shape. The Bad: One thing I do wanna note is that it seems like the size of chicken fingers is hit and miss some days. (So order more than you think you'll need) Some days they are large other days a bit smaller. (Does not depend on time of day) If you are planning to eat here do not order to go. Take your time to enjoy the beautiful patio they have! (Plus the condensation builds up on the top of the styrofoam box they put your food in and will make your bread and fries wet or soggy) I've heard a lot of people say that after the chicken gets cold it turns to rubber and it is not enjoyable. However I cannot attest to this as I always finish my meals before I leave. IT'S SOOO GOOD!!! Thanks for reading my review I really hope that this doesn't sway you away from stopping in if you've never had it, just wanted to give some tips to make sure you have the best experience you possibly can here!!

This place is a joke. Whether you order delivery, ahead through the mobile app, or at the…read morerestaurant you will have a horrible experience. It's 7:15 AM on a Friday but you'll be waiting for over 10 minutes because "we are waiting on egg". God forbid you order a speciality drink like a frappe because that is the end of the world for this team of employees. You'll wait even longer just because. When you finally get your order your frappe will be sweating like it's 100 degrees and just came from the beach in Miami tanning. When the eggs are finally ready they'll continue to serve everybody else behind you and make you wait until all three cars they made pull over are ready at the same time because they are absolutely not trying to get their steps in. And do not order delivery from this location. They'll leave things out of your delivery so many times them and DoorDash will turn into a cartel and keep your money just because they can. Avoid this place as much as you can. Can I give negative stars?
