The inspection of the home was scheduled for one day and took three separate days, over the course of two weeks; due to not bringing the right equipment, family emergencies on his part. If you ask me an inspector should come prepared with everything he could possibly need to do an inspection. He instead did some of it and said he had to come back later on a different day to finish because he didn't bring what he needed. Then couldn't come the rescheduled day because of a family emergency. Home buying is stressful and time consuming enough. It added to the stress when we had to extend our inspection response because of his unpreparedness. If you have the time to gamble with, I would recommend indyspect. The report looked great! But if you need it done in a timely manner, I'd suggest elsewhere.

Chad did not disappoint... in fact, we feel that he exceeded our expectations! We initially had Chad scheduled for the inspection 2 weeks before closing - a date that was confirmed with the builder. He showed up to the site and it turns out the builder had not finished, and it wouldn't have made sense to carry on with the inspection. Chad was very lovely about it, even though it was an utter waste of his time. He was very flexible and rescheduled to a later date. My husband and I were blown away by the report we received... my husband, who is generally a very frugal person, said it was "the best money he had ever spent". The report was so detailed and very easy to read. We definitely recommend for everyone to hire a private inspector, especially if you are a first time home buyer!!! Chad is great, you won't be disappointed!!

Greg was very professional, he came in with footies and he had the report done later that night filled the pictures, notes and suggestions.
