He hires different people to work on my home and they were fighting with each other regarding which side of the wall they were hired to do. That's when I realized that these workers don't know each other and they are contracted by AZ Siding based on hourly rate. He didn't address the deficiencies and my side plank looks old, especially all the planks around the window. It was left with streaks of caulking. If you try to approach Andrew about it, he has a bad temper. I am actually afraid of him. He yelled at me when I didn't agree with the completed quality of work. Never again.

The work with AZ Siding is guaranteed for 5 years. By the 3rd and 4th year the nails of the west and east side are exposed and are not flush with the Hardie panels. In April 2023 I emailed Andrey requesting that he look at the exposed nails. He replied that he "spent time in the hospital due to an accident and promised he would send someone out to deal with the issue". Andrey's promise is in my gmail account if I need to verify his response to anyone. In April 2024 I emailed Andrey again requesting that he deal with the exposed nails. It is now July 20, 2024. I have not received a response from Andrey and the deficiency remains outstanding. Any homeowner considering hiring Andrey and AZ Siding is welcome to look at their deficient work. I do not recommend working with Andrey and AZ Siding.

The quality of the work was done to a very poor standard and nothing met my expectations. When I reached out to Bobby to talk about my concerns, he was extremely rude and basically told me it was my fault because of the type of land my property sits on. I found that response completely unacceptable. I spent good money on this deck and to be dismissed like that was frustrating. I would not recommend Bobby based on my experience.
