I was tasked to print a photo and have it framed within a couple of days, tops. I went to The Lab and met Jennifer. What a lovely woman and helpful, accommodating, friendly, creative, and suggestive. All qualities I was in need of. She rushed my order, did an amazing job blowing up a smaller pixel photo to a large format using computer techniques. A real pro, she was able to tell me what sizes would work according to what we have and what photoshopping can do. We decided on something , I ran to get a frame, and she put the whole thing together, charging hardly anything for all the things-- rush job, putting the finished product into the matting and frame, etc. I also met her partner (I assume), another woman, and Jennifer told me, "We are a small business, it's just she and me." Cool! I will be returning to this business for future projects and I recommend you consider them for your printing needs!

I've never been one to take photos, and had never used a camera with settings, removable lenses, etc. But because I wanted to travel alone, if I was going to have good pictures, I had to learn how to take a decent photo. Jeremiah advised me what camera to buy, showed me how to use it and then helped me retrieve the photos when I returned home. Because of Jeremiah, I have photos from a once-in-a-lifetime trip that I wouldn't have had without his help, and I'm grateful. If you get a chance, stop by his shop - the neighborhood is a wonderful, artistic area to poke around in, and Jeremiah's corner shop is an amazing slice of history, and is infused with his true passion for photography. He's a skilled photographer himself and he does portraits of people using a technique I've never seen before; they're unique and haunting and memorable. I like the technique so much, I'm trying to decide who I like enough to get a portrait of them done, lol. I greatly admire a business owner like Jeremiah, who is passionate about his field, happy to share what he knows with others and humble about his vast wealth of expertise and knowledge. Thank you Jeremiah!

Good new department, world's worst used department. Anyway, I reached out to Think Tank for help with my second smaller bag due to B & H's screw-up. I'm not going to get into the 'what' they did to help, but the 'how' of their customer service wowed me, and I think it made me a customer for life. These bags are fantastic, even if I can't slap stickers on the side of them. Made for usability and flexibility. My bigger bag fits in the overhead bin of your regular Southwest flight, converts between roller and backpack; the smaller backpack bag fits under the seat on a 737, or the overhead of a CRJ. Think Tank Photo rocks! If you are in the market for a camera, grip, or drone bag, make sure you check Think Tank out first.

I started coming here six years ago to augment the lab time and instruction I was getting in school. Their darkroom was my happy place for a long time and was fairly priced. What impressed me the most about their gorgeous space was that they encouraged clients to get their work off their screens and onto the walls. Literally, any time I had a question about anything related to photography or printing, Stuart, Ed, Constance, Chrysta, or Nathan would make the time for me and help me out or give me feedback. I enjoyed printing there and always left feeling inspired because they were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional.
