This team of technicians are awesome. We had some issues with the lights we purchased (not from them) but they installed. They went above and beyond to contact our brands support group to help troubleshoot issues to get them to work. I have been amazed at their customer service. I then checked my bank account and seen they had put a $80.00 hold on my account for 2 pkgs. I then deleted my private information from the app thinking I was hacked. I then contacted customer support and they said they couldn't help me , since I had deleted my private information. I will contact my bank to see what further steps I can take to get my money back.
