I have asked to cancel my account for the last two months and yet they are still accessing my bank account monthly. I have called numerous times and if I am lucky enough to get someone on the phone I just get the blame game. This gym is a joke! I've been going to this gym for a while now. The facility is kept in clean and good working…read morecondition. The facility has two floors. The second floor has punching bags and other exercise items secured from the ceiling. The first floor has three sections.The first section is full of weight lifting equipment. There are machines along with free weights. The equipment is in good condition. There is one seat that has slightly torn and hadn't been repaired in months, but otherwise everything else is in good condition. There are sanitary wipes used to wipe down the equipment when you are done. I have found the equipment to be kept clean here. The second section is running/biking equipment. There are a few TVs so you can watch something if you choose. The treadmills equipment has a built in TV so you can plug in your headphones and listen. The rest don't have any TVs. There are approximately 30 or so machines. The third section is an Aerobic room. They have a television where you can play various exercise videos. There are also classes at specific times, but I've never attended. There are two showers and two bathrooms. There is also a tanning salon that you use for additional money. On certain days, especially Monday, the shower can be busy and there can be a delay. There have also been occasions when the water temperature wasn't warm, although this hasn't occurred in a few months. The facility is open 24/7. Once you are a member (about $40/month) you can go in whenever you want using a proxy key chain to get in. For additional money you can join group trainings and individual training. The membership is month to month, but you do have to cancel continued payments in writing. There are also initial fees for starting the membership including purchasing the proxy key chain. There is more than one Body shop gym in this area and the membership gives you access to all of the facilities. All in all it's a nice well maintained facility.

When I walked in to see Tony, he knew it was my neck just by observing me walk into the waiting room. He placed his hand on the back of my neck (the first time he touched me at all) and did a $15 x-ray to confirm his suspicion.. a reverse curvature in my neck. He's taught effective self-care to both myself and my husband without drugs or invasive medical treatments. He is a remarkably gifted practitioner, and a fine human being. His office is welcoming, and his staff (including his lovely wife) are TOP NOTCH. Highly recommended!

I adopted an English Mastiff who is extremely timid and afraid of everything. John´s solution was to pick her up even though I am a petite senior and cannot lift her. I did learn that she can jump into the truck but since John did not direct her to the back seat, she got stuck and trying to get her out only traumatized her more. When I tried to get her in on my own, John did not give any instructions to help so the training ended negatively; it should have been a POSITIVE outcome. This horrific experience has left my dog more fearful making it more difficult for me to get her into my truck.

Dr Kip Stromberg is amazing! I have had accidents in my life (broken arm, broken ankle, broken jaw,…read moredislocated joints, and more) and needed physical therapy. But all that has ever happened to me before Dr. Stromberg was pain and suffering. I always gave up in frustration. But now, Dr. Stromberg is putting me on the road to healing. I never thought it was possible, but I'm actually getting better. Because I have to work physically, it is slower progress than if I did not have to work physically, but he works with me and my limitations. I'm finally getting better. If I had a serious need for physical therapy, I would not see anyone else. He's the best I've ever experienced in physical therapy, and I've been to a number of the others with never any success except for Dr. Stromberg. He's The only one that's ever helped me heal.
