Even though the properties that we were most interested in considering were an hour or more from her office, she was extremely accommodating to us in scheduling showings. JC began answering my questions the best he could before I even signed up with him. My perception is that he answered honestly. My schedule is generally busy and we were able to do the whole thing, except the final signing of course, over email, online, and phone calls making it extremely convenient and pleasant for me. JC pointed me in the right direction to find financing that met my needs and the time from offer to closing seemed pretty quick! I'm sorry to see others had bad experiences but I did not and will approach JC again next time I am selling or buying property in the area.
