No bugs or anything but the manager and most importantly the owner are some of the most inconsiderate money hungry people u have ever spoken to in my life. We lived in two of their apartments. The first one was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. It was me my husband and our toddler who was 1 at the time. As toddlers do, she was messy and there were a couple stains on the floor that we couldn't get up with a carpet cleaner. They ended up ripping out all the carpet and repainting walls charging us over $3,000. Obviously we set up payment plan and paid it off. We moved to another apartment of theirs which was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Mind you we were paying just short of $1,000 a month for this place because of the payment plan for the other apartment. We considered getting a dog and asked what breeds they had allowed just in case we ended up getting one but decided against it because of money. We were almost short one month and asked if we could set aside the payment for the "damages" at the other apartment for a week or two but still pay the rent at our current apartment. The owner rudely messaged me back basically saying we couldn't do that because he asked for a dog a while back and we need to focus on what was more important such as our bills. I agree but I am an adult and I don't think I need someone I rent from telling me what my adult responsibilities are. A few weeks into living at the new apartment the neighbors we had would stay up partying screaming fighting yelling profanities etc so naturally we complained and they once again were rudely responded telling us to just call the cops. Just about a month or two ago we bought a house and decided to break the lease. There was about $3,000 in fees we had to pay to break the lease and pay off the rest of the apartment damages from the other place. We had the money but had 30 days to acquire it and pay it but for some reason we get a text saying eviction had to be filed because "rent wasn't paid" even though we already pay rent for that month entirely. They ADMITTED they just assumed we wouldn't have the money to break the lease so they said they were filing eviction to get the ball rolling. They didn't actually file eviction but that's exactly what they said they already did. Mind you this was right before Christmas. I do wanna clarify I am not writing this review out of spite or revenge. These people are ugly rude people and that is between them and their own conscience I just want to make sure no one else has to deal with the absolute absurdities we have endured from them after being pretty decent tenants. We were quite respectful and did everything we were supposed to do and got terrible treatments for it. I posted photos on a review I made on green valley apartments on google as well.

She is only worried about making as much money off of you as possible with zero regard to the property after your in the building. Rented from them for 2 years had to constantly ask for late fees to be removed because my payments were made before the new month even began. They didn't complete maintenance work at all. There was mold growing all over the bathroom after one month. Some of other tenants smoked pot and the whole building smelled. Complaints were ignored and when I had a question or a change in something we were asked to report like vehicles it seemed like I was bothering her. There was no walk through when I rented the property they left the apartment open with the key in the fridge. No one did a walk through when I left the property either I was asked to leave the key and I did not feel comfortable or trust the company at this point due to so many more issues mostly with the actual owner of the property. She picks and chooses who she wants to rent to. If you are looking for a professional she is not. This is in no way a professional rental experience. The properties are all quickly and cheaply fixed to get tenants in and after that she doesn't care until it's time for you to move so if your looking for a shady landlord in a sketchy you have found your landlord. If you want a actual professional who will properly handle situations I think you should look anywhere but with turnkey. With a housing shortage in the area Sheree has the largest number or properties still available. This somewhat speaks for itself.

She's on SSI and is having a very hard time finding a place because of these people. She lived in a nice duplex for a little over 5 years. Never late on rent, sure not all the bills were paid up all the time but there was never a shut off. The private landlords handed the property over to Fetter and we got a notice to move out a week later. We had until May of last year, they sent the note in April. You can't find a place here in that short amount of time. Now that she's trying to apply to the apartment complexes around, she gets rejected every time because of these people. They claim that she trashed the house when in actuality, the private landlords weren't doing anything to fix what my grandmother had complained about for years. None of the rotting cabinets, leaking ceilings, or anything was her fault. I truly do not recommend these people. But anymore they're taking over every property they can so good luck.

Benchmark took my deposit and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The deposit was taken for "cleaning" and "carpet cleaning" which had already been done and noted in my file until it came time to find that. Thankfully, I had that in my records as proof; but that didn't matter. They, what I would consider, stole my deposit money and did so with a smirk on their faces. I left the property in much better condition than when I left. I own rental properties and would never recommend anyone renting from them if they don't want to be scammed or have their deposit rightfully returned to them.

I am definitely happy and glad I decided to go with Reserves for the following: 1) super safe. No weird people. Just very safe. I'm talking about building 700- so this reviews on building 700. 2) close to everything, and I'm never stuck in traffic. You can cut the grass to Sams club for dinner and cut back as exercise. 3) No weird neighbors. Have you ever had that creepy neighbor? I have! Here, it's just very quiet and people mind their own business. 4) inside is super clean and I love that maintenance comes to the rescue immediately. And they are super sweet. 5). Now that I think of it., I think paying the extra money is worth it if you think of the office people and the staff. They really are wonderful and not like some of the folks at other apartment where they treat you like they have something stuck up theirs butts-I've experienced that in college. Here, they are always there.
