The location definitely is no frills. I called in our order and picked it up at the window, and I don't think I'd choose to eat inside. We each had a burrito and split and order of chips and guacamole. The guac came in a large container and tasted homemade. The chips had a great crunch but could be improved with some flaky sea salt or lime. The burritos were both decent, but certainly on the small side. There are no sides that come with this, such as rice and beans. Overall, this was a decent meal choice for the evening, but I'm uncertain as to whether or not we would return.

The servers are nice but definitely have that slow town feel where they talk to customer for quite a while. Given it's a serve yourself buffet, I can't complain. And if anything was low or sat for too long, they are more than happy to refresh. I really liked the dessert options that I never get when ordering to-go. But here recently we encountered the worst experience with not the employees, but sadly the managers are the ones this complaint is about. A man and a woman, who i suspect are husband and wife and/or boyfriend\girlfriend and a shift lead (what i was told) named Jessica. They was standing at the register just bad mouthing the rest of the Pizza Hut workers in a very disrespectful manner in front of customers. When I approached the upper management with this at Pizza Hut the ladies rolled their eyes and the gentlemen (the husband or boyfriend) told my elderly mother and myself to "mind our own'F-ing' business. When we said we will contact corporate, his response was, "it's your word against mine. James will take mine over a customer's word anyway. I'm not sure who James is, but I do hope that corporate sees this and does something about this sickening disrespect towards their coworkers and customers. Thank you, rant over. But on the bright side their food is amazing and their server Heather that i assume is still an employee (one of the employees the managers were so rudely discussing behind the register) has been one of our to go to servers. She is amazing at what she brings to your company. We are a fan of Kataleena (I think thats her name). Them two definitely deserve a raise. I do appreciate your time.

I noticed as I kept going he would be increasingly irritated. One day he finally told me to call ahead for deli orders. I called ahead and he quoted 3 hours for 1.5 lbs of meat. I wandered around then after 2 hours I thought this is ridiculous and called to cancel my order. Not long after I got about 10 missed called from the store...it was scary to be honest. I didn't even want to listen to the messages. I avoided going there for months but my son loves the fresh bread and meat so I went back. I didn't call because I didn't want to wait 3 hours. I'm sure he recognized me because another customer came in to order deli meat and he loudly said "IT'LL BE AWHILE BECAUSE THAT CUSTOMER DIDN'T CALL IN EITHER". I don't understand why he makes paying customers feel uncomfortable for ordering deli when there's literally a deli counter there. If you don't like it make prepackaged items to go, or get more staff. But don't take it out on the customer for doing something every other deli will do normally. I'm bummed to say I won't be coming here again. There's another deli out west called Casanovas where the owner is much nicer and doesn't mind slicing deli meat to order. It's worth the trip.
