I had had an extreme weight loss…read more(100+ pounds) and nothing I could do would help the issue and left me extremely self-conscious especially during the summertime. Dr. Johnson was very professional and kind and listened to my concerns, talked me through the procedure and what to expect. I initially saw her in May and scheduled the actual surgery for January when it would be colder and in between the Christmas and Easter holidays which are my busy times, and I'd have time to recoup and heal prior to the summertime. During the entire process and including post-surgery, all the staff including Carl at the front desk were always very courteous, helpful and responsive to my phone calls or emails. After surgery I had no complications and am healing nicely; minimal fluid for drain output, minimal swelling, and pain was not as bad as I had expected it might be. I was back at work (a desk job) 2 weeks post op, and, as a church musician (piano player) I missed two weekends but attended my first rehearsal at two and a half weeks post op and I was able to play again without issue, which I had been mildly worried about. Actually, I think the hardest part of the whole process was having to sleep in an elevated position and with support of your arms by your side to help the swelling, which as a lifetime side sleeper, made it hard to get as much rest as a would have liked. Although recovery is never fun, I would do this again as I feel like I have a new lease on life, knowing I will no longer have to hide myself and feel embarrassed about my arms. After all the hard work I put into losing weight, I finally feel much better in my own skin. I thank Dr. Johnson for her beautiful work that has impacted me so positively both physically and emotionally.

Posting under a pseudonym for privacy. 1. Ashley, the owner of this spa, is a mean girl. She shit talks other customers... to the customers. She comes across as very insincere and more concerned with being friends than providing good customer service (hence, she will gossip about other customers to you). 2. The Wellness membership, particularly Wellness Plus, is NOT worth it. You're left on your own to figure out how to turn on the equipment because most of the time they're so low staffed (prob due to the above - there seems to be super high turnover) that there's no one to assist you with things like the cryo or the "brain tap". Plus, the headphones for both the brain tap and the zero body bed seem to be out of order or not fully charged most of the time. Also, the infrared sauna is a joke. It's always set to ~160 degrees, yet for some reason it's never actually warmer than ~145. It seems to heat up SUPER slowly, so if you're in there for 15-20 mins, you're lucky if it rises an additional 2 degrees. Their red light mats seem to be cheap/sketchy as well. The first one they had was replaced after only being used in the spa for a few months. The new one is by a brand called "Exquimac", which looks to be some shoddy brand from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Exquimac-Red-Light-Therapy-Body/dp/B0DRCZQDBK - It's kinda sketchy how there is literally zero info about that company. I have real doubts that this red light mat actually does anything, even though you have to pay extra for the Wellness+ membership to use it. 3. They changed the structure of the equipment reservation for the Wellness membership. It used to be that you could book each individual piece of equipment for specific times. Now, you can only book an hour to an hour and a half of wellness - and fight with the other customers to use the equipment that you're interested in. 4. This place is not relaxing. It has much more of a salon vibe than an actual spa vibe. If you're looking for a place that truly values customer service and has amenities that actually work... this is not the place.

I've never felt so comfortable getting a brazillian before but she just makes the experience. Can't wait to try more services!!
