She was so rough while injecting the filler It was excruciating! she told me I HAD to come back in 6months and get an additional 6 syringes of filler to maintain. An injector who only cares about the money will tell you that. She ended up placing filler in the wrong area! I had to get it dissolved by another injector otherwise It would have caused tissue death. The new injector was so kind, gentle and most importantly cared about the results long term. the experience was night and day difference .She fixed what Nicole did and I love the results still over a year and a half later. No filler touch ups for at least 2 years. I would never go back or recommend a young woman ever let her touch your face.

I've been seeing her for my Brazilian waxes, and somehow she manages to make an experience that involves hot wax and pain feel like catching up with a friend. The entire appointment flies by because we're busy talking about life, relationships, and whatever random chaos I've gotten myself into that week. What really sets her apart is how thorough she is. She doesn't just slap on some wax and call it a day. She takes her time, gets every nook and cranny, and will even break out the tweezers for those stubborn little hairs that refuse to cooperate. The attention to detail is unmatched. She's also taught me so much about preventing ingrown hairs, which has been a total game changer. I leave every appointment smoother and more educated than when I walked in. Most importantly, I've never felt awkward with her. At this point, I feel more comfortable talking to Desiree than I do at some doctor's appointments. If you've ever been nervous about getting a Brazilian, she's exactly the kind of person you want holding the wax stick. 10/10. My downstairs area and I are both very grateful.

I've seen both Dr. Adrienne and Shannon, and both are so lovely, caring, and very knowledgable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and made great recommendations on the best way to achieve what I wanted. I am so happy with every service I have received. My most recent service was with Shannon and I'm so pleased with the results. She works magic here! Super attentive and remembered that I tend to faint or get light headed with my treatments. She was ready to go with water and everything for me ;). I highly recommend! By the way, the new office is so beautiful!

I've bounced around to a few different injectors over the years, and Dr. Malecki is on a completely…read moredifferent level. Turns out he was the medical director for Allergan (the company that makes Botox and Juvederm), so it makes sense why his technique is so dialed in. He's not the type to push filler on you just because, he takes the time to understand an address your personal concerns, he's conservative, takes small steps, and the results always look natural instead of "done." Honestly the best outcomes I've had, period. Heather, the esthetician, is an absolute gem. She actually sits down and talks through what your skin needs instead of just running through a checklist. I've done DiamondGlow with her plus a few rounds of SkinPen microneedling and my skin has genuinely never looked better. Monica at the front desk also deserves a shoutout. She works with you on scheduling instead of just slotting you in wherever, and she's never trying to upsell you on five extra services you didn't ask for. It's refreshing to go somewhere that doesn't feel like a sales pitch every time you walk in. You also never feel rushed through your appointment or stuck waiting around for hours just to get pitched a bunch of add-ons before you leave. This place is the full package, great results, a team that actually cares, and zero pressure to do more than you want. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new spot.
