We had to have them come out twice after the work was complete because they quoted us for additional joists and left the wood outside. The odor that was coming from our crawl space and into our kids room was alarming since they were to supposed to have sprayed it for mold....i was told that there was no smell but should buy odor absorbers to help. Charged more and didn't even do the work. The manager/supervisor came out due to my constant complaining of the smell and abundance of leftover joists and was given a story of how well the odor absorbers work.... Hired another company who found that the plastic encapsulation wasn't even done in part of our house and the growth of black mold was damaging the wood. Don't hire these people. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Not only did they not finish the job the first time, but they left it in such a poor state that I needed to hire another company to finish the work. When I attempted to resolve the matter with the company I was given the run around and asked repeatedly for pictures and proof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Take a look at these pictures. Would you want a company to come in a repair your joists and just leave lumber unattached? Would you want a company to spray for mold and termites but not actually do that? Would you want a company to remove insulation but then not complete that job and leave trash bags under your house? Well that is exactly what I got.

Every time Karieem was in our home, he was the very model of courtesy and professionalism. We were told that the product was safe to pets and animals, and there was a three-month guarantee against re-infestation. A week or so later, we noticed that the bugs were still in our home. My wife called back to let him know. He came and sprayed again. A few weeks later, same problem - ants and silverfish. He came and sprayed yet again, telling us that our problem was due to pet food being present in the kitchen. Yesterday, we found our bathroom infested with ants. So . . . we called yet again. At first Karieem was very cordial and seemingly sympathetic, as we had known him to be thus far. He even offered a full refund (we did not ask for a refund! We just wanted the bugs gone!). In the next sentence, he said we would be getting only a half-price refund, since he had "bent the rules and came out several times". After a pause, his whole demeanor changed he yelled, "You know what? You're not getting a refund, and I can't believe you asked me!" He then went on a 15 minute rambling, screaming fit, accusing us of trying to take advantage him, and calling us "classless", "pitiful" (I have a digital recording of the last three minutes of the "conversation" to verify this.) Whatever product was used for insect control; at our house did not work for 3 weeks, let alone 3 months, and Mr. Koon was vehemently opposed to hearing about its poor quality. Guarantee be damned! If a product doesn't work, it doesn't work. It shouldn't be a personal matter, as he made it to be. When a business owner decides not to issue a refund to a customer, or decides to not continue doing business with a particular customer for whatever reason, there are more professional ways to go about severing a business relationship than screaming, ranting, and insulting. The incongruent and aggressive actions of Karieem, to me, indicate that he is a potential danger to his customers.

The inspector was calling me back from his cell phone after hours to help us understand the report. He even took my husband in the crawl space to show give him a visual. They can also always get me on their schedule quickly when I forget to schedule my regular visits ahead of time! The service people are always friendly and on time. They also took care of a small wasp nest problem while they were out here without any extra charge. I highly recommend them!

He found out that the electric stove was just for looks because it wasn't even the right stove - there were gas hookups! He was incredibly thorough and crawled everywhere!
