I could not recommend Gobles Veterinary Clinic more! From our very first appointment, Dr. Baker was absolutely incredible. Our dog, Tyson, needed bilateral TPLO surgeries, and as young, first-time dog owners, we were nervous and had no idea what to expect. Dr. Baker took the time to guide us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident in the decisions we were making for Tyson. Both surgeries went extremely well, and Tyson recovered remarkably quickly. He was already toe-touching just three days after each surgery, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We are so grateful we were referred to Dr. Baker. His knowledge, skill, and genuine care for his patients gave us complete confidence that Tyson was in the best hands possible. For the most part, the entire staff was kind, friendly, and incredibly supportive. While Dr. Baker was exceptional, we also want to thank Benita, Justin, Katelyn, Kim, and everyone else who helped care for Tyson before, during, and after both surgeries. Their kindness, compassion, and patience meant so much to us as we learned how to care for Tyson throughout his recovery. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of one experience we had with Alicia while discussing the CareCredit financing promotion for Tyson's second surgery. For Tyson's first surgery, the clinic processed our CareCredit purchase using the 12-month promotional financing option, and everything went smoothly. However, when it came time for his second surgery, Alicia told us they would only process it under the 6-month promotional financing option. Our disappointment wasn't with the financing itself--it was with how the conversation was handled. We felt dismissed rather than helped. Alicia was unprofessional in the way she spoke to us and even raised her voice at her coworker, Kim, in front of us while Kim was simply trying to assist. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. We weren't asking for anything different than what had already been done for Tyson's first surgery--we were simply hoping to use the same 12-month CareCredit promotional financing. After Alicia spoke with the owner, the clinic agreed to process it using the 12-month promotional option after all. We appreciated that the issue was ultimately resolved, but we never received an apology for how the interaction was handled. That experience was disappointing, especially from someone in a management position, because customer service and the way clients are treated matter just as much as the excellent medical care they provide. That said, one negative interaction does not overshadow the outstanding care Tyson received from Dr. Baker and the rest of the team. We are incredibly thankful for everything they did for him, and we would absolutely recommend Gobles Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care. Goeble's Veterinary service has very friendly staff, and I rarely have to wait. The doctors are attentive and really take time to explain everything. We couldn't be happier with our choice for our new puppy. They've taken care of several of our previous pets and always did a great job. read more

The first thing they wanna do before anything is sedate a animal. Tried bringing my cat in and they wanted to sedate for blood work. Tried bringing my dog in and they wanted to sedate for xrays. Have been to many vets over the years and none of them have ever tried sedating a cat for bloodwork. read more

Like everything else fees went up in 2023, specifically for exam and Lep vaccine. Probably passing on some increased costs they have. But last visit the exam fee was $75; usually it is a wellness exam for $45, up $5. So if I bring him in when he has a specific problem it costs more? Prices just keep increasing everywhere. read more

I could certainly find a vet closer to my home, but the 30 min drive is worth it! I've taken my dogs here for over 10 years and I will never take them anywhere else! The staff is very kind and patient. They are considerate of budgets and help find affordable solutions. They provide estimates so I don't feel surprised by the cost and can plan for upcoming surgeries. They have helped diagnose concerns early and are very knowledgeable. I have a high needs dog who they have taken excellent care of. he's had multiple surgeries. I am not sure why anyone would give a bad review. Don't let someone else's bad day or negativity stop you from taking your pets here. My two dogs are 11 and 16, they are healthy, active and happy. I owe their longevity in part to the excellent care they receive at Gobles Vet Clinic. read more

Do not go here. You risk your animal dying and being scammed. This vet is a scam. They take advantage of customers and rob people of money. They fraudulently overcharged me. For services I never agreed to... and then blamed it on me, because I had someone else drop off the cat.... Never had such an awful experience. I set up an appointment for a rescue cat that we rescued to get neutered and rabies, and they charged me 463$... About one month before the appointment was scheduled, Hye made the appointment, and confirmed that I wanted the cat to be fixed and receive the rabies shot, and was quoted less than $200 for what would be done. The individual in the office who set up the appointment and agreed on the services that would be conducted did not tell me that the person dropping the cat off would need to sign for the services as well... I really didn't think that I would need to be clear except at that moment that we only wanted the cat to be neutered and receive a rabies shot. Yeah when my mother went in and sign the paperwork, they tricked her into signing up for 300 more dollars worth of services that I never agreed to, as the individual scheduling the appointment and paying for it.... And they never informed me that someone signing off to drop a cat off would be able to add more services. I clearly said exactly what I wanted to be done with the cat, and somehow they still scam to my poor mother, who thought she was just going in to sign off on what I had already approved. They also did not relay to her that previous to her looking at the form, I had said I do not want anything other than this cat to be neutered and to receive the rabies.... But they tricked her into signing up for more when she signed the form they never told me existed..... On top of that when I called the office to ask them how they possibly could've scammed us, Alesha, the office manager was so rude to me I can't even believe it. You would think that if someone else came in to sign off on some thing, they would at least let the appointment scheduler know that someone had to sign something. No one made me aware that i, or anyone else, would have to sign anything when dropping the cat off. They never relayed to me that there was a second step of approval after my verbal approval of services over the phone. And then scammed me into a bill that was double the price. These people are not animal lovers these people take advantage of poor people, and fraudulently charged me for services I never authorized/ was not made aware someone else could authorize... and then blamed me, and expected that I'd know this info without being told.... I'm honestly confused about the bad reviews. I haven't had any bad experiences here and I have 5 animals that they see. Finding a vet that is accepting new clients is hard these days. Refused to see our dog that's in pain. Hadn't been in to the location in a few years and they refused to see us. Ridiculous.

They obviously have trouble scheduling animals. They need to learn and understand their customer's time is worth something as well. I have been there a few times and each time they seem to take their sweet time. This is a service like any other. The charges are quite costly as it is a vet. I will not be back. read more

The staff at the clinic are top notch. I can only say that each one in the office is professional and has concern for any of my animals that I bring to the office. I have numerous show and pet dogs so it is important that they receive the best care and they always get it at the Gobles clinic. The staff have always been courteous and caring. I would encourage anyone that wants great service and veternarian skills to call the clinic. They are willing to help and resolve any issues you may have and are willing to answer your questions. Dr. Andy, Dr. Mariann and Dr. Delia are very knowledgable and go the extra "mile" to keep my dogs well and healthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet..... read more

Great Vet. They were referred to me by my normal vet when my dog needed surgery for two luxating patellas as a puppy. My dog has never had any problems since the surgery. Doctor Baker was available for questions and follow ups. The staff is really nice. You can tell they care about animals there. read more

I am new to the area and my dog needed to see a vet for his ear infection and shots. I brought both of my dogs to the Gobles Veterinary Clinic. I specifically asked for a specific prescription to take care of the problem as my dog had this same thing 7 months ago and we had a prescription that worked very well. The vet told me just to continue to take care of the ear the way I had and it would be okay. I paid $378 that day. One week later, my dog was so uncomfortable, I called the vet back to ask again for the medication. The receptionist was very sarcastic, but on call Vet relented and sold me the medicine, which was not what I had asked for and cost me 25% more than my other vet charged me. When I picked up the medicine the receptionist told me to put it in both of my dogs ears. I asked if I should do this because he only had the ear infection in one ear. She told me I could do what I wanted. I asked her to have the on call vet to follow up with me so I could ask her the same question. I did get a call shortly afterward. The on call Vet told me to put the medicine in the right ear. When I told her it was my dog's left ear that had the infection and we had just been in the week before, she said she was going by the notes. I told her the notes were wrong and I just needed to know how to apply the medication. She told me she was doing me a favor by selling me the medication without another exam and that her counter part had made a mistake I his notes...after all, everyone makes mistakes. She kept repeating herself about how I was not being asked to bring my pet in for another exam because her counter part had not done a test to determine the type of infection my dog had, as it would have been her choice to test the area. After paying $378 for the first exam and my dogs shots, I would expect better, and more caring, customer service from the Gobles Veterinary Clinic. MUST READ! BARE WITH ME!--- First of all, my dog, Cash, was very uncomfortable. The fact that there was two doctors pinning my dog to the ground to feel his injury, NOT OKAY. He never whimpers like that. Red arrow takes his X-rays and gave him all of his shots, and NEVER sedated him like that. The doctor at Red Arrow assured us that cash was very gentle and let my doctor do all the feeling of the leg as needed with no issues or discomfort. Second of all, very unprofessional staff. Not welcoming, very I informational. I just felt very judged the second I walked through your door. I was HIGHLY offended when Doc Baker came in the room and ASSUMED my dog "got bumped by a car, but I don't know." This is totally inappropriate. Extremely disrespectful, and OUT OF LINE. I know what happened to my dog, and the fact that Doc Baker just completely disregarded us was not okay with me. Major insult and a puppy parents. Not to mention, that after we visualized the X-rays with Doc Baker, he said all he has are GUESSES. $450 for a guess? Side note, Doc mentioned there were 4 different procedures that could be done on my Cash's leg.... But, he doesn't even know what's wrong with it...but he knows there is FOUR procedures that can be done..(does that make any sense? No it really doesn't. When asked about a possible price range , Doc was very quick to say that there is now ONLY ONE procedure now that they do in cases like this (it was just 4 procedures) and it's cost is $3500. Just please tell me how that makes sense. Oh, I'm sorry you can't make that make sense. One more thing, my dogs nails were bleeding after being trimmed. Yes, I understand that this happened sometimes, but my dog was literally LIMP when she was cutting his nails due to such heavy sedation so there's absolutely no reason for that. Red arrow cut his nails while he was fully awake and alert and had no problem getting his nails trimmed, taking x rays, or giving a shot. So please explain to me why my 6 month old puppy was STILL HIGHLY SEDATED THREE HOURS AFTER OUR VISIT. We will never return to this facility. You shouldn't waste your time or money there. I do not recommend this vet for any animal!! First my son found a stray kitten at his work brought the kitten to this vet charged him an insane amount of money for looking at the kittens leg told my son " yep he got bit by another animal" nothing else! I call the next day which was a Thursday asked to bring my 11 year old dog in ( emergency visit ) the rude receptionist told me they wouldn't see him. I will never bring another one of my pets to this vet!! They only care about the money!! I absolutely despise people like this!! My pets are very much apart of my family!! read more
