What I love about this place is that the people are very honest and truly want to help you inside out. I even received a free nutrition consultation with a clinical nutritionist to help me detoxify. I also left with a concrete plan on how many treatment options I'll need in the future so it makes it much easier to finance. Highly recommend!

I have had some very bad experiences with other injectors, such as injectors who seemingly touched my skull with the injection (painful!) and dropped Botox on my face... I felt very safe with Jake, he was extremely gentle, and also seemed very passionate about his profession. I highly recommend this place, and Jake as an injector!

Nope!!! Never again. I started going here a couple of years ago. Had good results with jeuveau. I…read morestarted to try other places because they were closer to where I live in Brooklyn, but decided to try bodyfactory again. I told the injector that I liked what I had before, but she decided to add whatever she wanted without asking me. Now my eyelids are so tense and wide open - I look like a crazy mass shooter- and I have severe eye strain. I confirmed with someone who answered the phone that the injector did indeed add units that did that. Again... without asking me if it was ok. For some reason the person who I spoke to on the phone thinks a consultation will help. However, I already know from experience that once they inject it the only thing that works is letting it wear off and I have to have severe eye strain for 3 months. The injector was also very careless and I bruised like never before. She even just felt sloppy and inexperienced. I'll never go back again. Nothing like the feeling of waking up with eye strain when your eyes should be relaxed! And the shape of my eyes is so terrible and embarrassing.

I could not say whether Dr. Sheryl Clark is a good doctor following just one visit. But, what I…read morecan say with certainty, is that she is a terrible businesswoman. Dr. Clark managed to take what was virtually a bookkeeping error following a 10 minute appointment and turn it into two years of aggravation during which she made the worst business choices and behaved as badly as she possibly she could have and directed her staff to do the same. This culminated in my having to sue her in small claims court. I just received a check from Sheryl Clark in full settlement of my claim. If the doctor had just owned up to the mistakes made by her office and herself over the past two years, it wouldn't have had to come to this. Even if she were a capable doctor, I could hardly call her a decent human being. Would you believe the doctor actually tried to get me to sign a non-disclosure agreement just to avoid having me write a post like this. It would serve the doctor well to remember that New York is a city with an abundance of dermatologists - some of whom actually behave with integrity and treat their patients with respect. Put her name in the column marked "Not worth the trouble."

I was deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at this establishment. I had an event to…read moreattend and believed I would receive a minor enhancement. The injector lacked experience with a specific filler and resulted in an unnatural appearance. When I returned a few days later, they attributed the issue to swelling. However, it is important to note that when injected with this filler, the results are immediate. Failing to address the problem gives the med spa an unprofessional image. The only viable option was a machine that could potentially dissolve the filler, which unfortunately proved ineffective. What should have been offered was a smaller syringe of the filler for minor touch-ups, but this was not provided, which is disappointing. Despite being a customer since 2019, this was my final visit. I strongly advise against recommending this establishment to others, as the outcomes can be inconsistent. Additionally, it is concerning that the injector engaged in verbal confrontation with me, despite being the one responsible for the error. This behavior is detrimental to customer retention and signifies the beginning of a decline.
