Being the naive American that I am, had no idea what parts of the world to travel to other then the basic Hawaii / Cabo vacation. This is where Christine came in clutch..... she suggested alternative spots that were slightly less often traveled but still on the hit list of places one wants to travel. My friends and I decided on Colombia and Brazil and she set up the rest. Hassle free vacation, tours and hiking spots a short bus ride away, seamless transitions from planes to a quaint boutique hotels close enough to the action; but just far enough to be able to get that relaxing feel you want once the alcohol throttled day is winding down. She did this all with our less than stellar input and pieced together an unforgettable trip. We (a bunch of guys) would have definitely not taken into account the details and perfect locations that Christine knew about and was able to book for a rate less then we would have got. YOU ISSUED THE TICKETS FOR MYSELF (IN ECONOMY CLASS) AND MY BABY (IN BUSINESS CLASS). Magkahiwalay kami ng cabins-that is what caused the whole problem. When you gave me the tickets, I asked you about that and you just brushed it off, saying "Hindi naman kayo paghihiwalayin ng baby mo.. ano yun? magisa lang ang baby mo sa business class? Common sense lang". Upon check-in at NAIA 2, that is when the Ticketing supervisor explained to me that travel agents like yourself do that in order to get the most $$ out of client's pockets at nakakalusot ang mga modus nyo sa LAX, but not in the check-in counters of Manila. You made the mistake in booking my baby and myself in different classes, hindi ang PAL Ticketing office in Manila, so stop blaming them and just admit your fault!
