The value was awesome as it was free due to my Verizon Device Protection plan. Other places I called quoted me between $329 and $379 for this same repair! They guaranteed to fix the screen as long as it wasn't cracked or broken and they charged me 200. The worst. The said they'll attempt a refund by calling the screen company. They could've stuck by their word and asked for a refund on their own. Do not trust the short Turkish man. The screen was not cracked and he refused to refund which is what he said his policy was, the screen was defective and he refused to refund or change for free.

What your electronic needs, they tell you how much it will be, and your diagnostic goes towards the repair and labor. I know it's not revolutionary, but I've always liked that business model. I received my PS5 5 days later, and it now works without any hitches. Adan also suggested I place the console in an elevated position away from feet level. I call back 4 hours later to check on it, and the screen isn't there and he doesn't know the status but he said he'll call his boss. After discussing with my wife, we decide to drive over there and get the phone (about 30 minutes after getting off the phone with the employee) - he doesn't not recognize me ("ugh, can I help you?") and once I remind him of what's going on he says "honestly, I haven't even called my boss". In retrospect, I should have not been surprised due the employee wearing sunglasses inside during all three of our interactions and wearing the same clothes has he was the day before. Ultimately, I found a cheaper and more professional option in Stockton to complete the screen repair, and will never consider RepairALL at any location ever again.
