We scheduled the appt and when she was on her way she called and rudely started telling me that a one of the major roads to get to my house from the city was closed and continued to go on about how I should tell people that it is closed before they come to my house and she has already waisted 20min worth of gas and she was done and no longer coming. I started to explain that there is a different route to use to get to my house and she hung up on me. I honestly did not know there were any road closures and had I known I would of let her know. Either way I definitely would use someone else for your notary needs.

I rarely need a mobile notary but today, I needed one. Danesha came in with a mask, had a genuine…read moresmile, could tell by the eyes, and she was very professional. She really accommodated me by coming to the bedroom to start the notary as I have a broken ankle. While doing the paperwork she noticed that their " acknowledgment form" wasn't correct so she did what they had on their paper and then she had what state of California wants as an acknowledgment form so she brought that out and had me sign it and she stamped it herself as well. Super professional by noticing the incorrect verbiage. When making the appt with her I liked the fact that she sent the confirmation as a way to put it into your calendar. Not too many people do that. Her prices are very very competitive and one of the best. I had 4 different quotes. A dew around $65-$75. She charges only $40. I don't know if it is because I am in town or if that is her going charge but very competitive and super professional. I look forward to reaching out to Danesha again shall I need a notary.
