Jon, owner of Skyline Window Cleaning, was the only person who did not attempt to nickel and dime me. He provided a very competitive quote, which also applied to my neighbors. We scheduled an appointment on Friday for the following Tuesday after 2PM. Jon and Heather arrived early. They both worked very hard, while completing all seven homes by 7PM. My neighbors along with myself are very please with the job well done. My windows are crystal clear and my screens no longer have that "dusty" smell. Jon and Heather even came back to my house to clean a couple of windows, which I noticed had water spots on it. Skyline Window Cleaning gets my highest recommendation!

I would like to share my recent house cleaning service experience…read more She came to my house three months ago gave me a quote for 135. Last week I called her for cleaning service. I told her my cleaning lady stop coming a month ago. She said she does not have to come for a new quote she will honor the price she offered last time. She came today, spent 4 hours cleaned only 30% of the house. And demand the full payment. She texted me when I was at the bank, I told her I will be home in 10 minutes. I also ask her to finish cleaning so I can pay her the full amount, she said she won't and then start threatening to bring me to court if I don't pay her. I have to be very honest, my house is not very messy or dirty. I vacuum every day, and before she came to work today, I already washed all the bedding's on my own. She claimed there is mold in the restroom, but I just bleach the whole shower room two days ago and it only took me 10 minutes. All she has done in 4 hours is dusting, wipe cleaning 2 restroom and replacing sheet. I thought at least she did well for the area she cleaned, but After I carefully inspect my room, I Found out the sink is not even cleaned. The shower room was completely dry, it means she did not wash the shower room, and basically just wipe it. We have not had a cleaning lady for two months due to the covid, but I do clean my house everyday. I was planning to pay her more than what she asked for the first day. But She is not even willing to finish the rest of the work. So at the end, I spent $135 for 4 hours of cleaning with only 1 person. The area she cleaned is only 1400 sqft and she did not even vacuum or mop the floor either. Please be careful when you get a quote from this number. Thank you all for reading my story, now I have to go finish vacuuming and cleaning the house.

Sorry! But I have to comment on Connor W.'s review about Dorota's European House Cleaning. I would…read morenever interject in somebody's experience with any service. However, I had a conversation with Dorota the day before she was at Connor W. House. And Dorota was very excited to have a new client. Dorota told me she was hired for 4 hours ONLY for $135. I even asked Dorota if she will be able to finish the house in that amount of time? Dorota replied "No, and mentioned that she had a rather large home" and was hoping that the client would like her work and bring her back to finish the house completely and develop a new client relationship. I saw Connor W. Review pop up on Yelp and was very surprised to read the review. I have had Dorota for sometime now and couldn't be happier. I called Dorota to ask her if she was aware of her client's unsatisfactory review. Dorota was aware. I spoke to Dorota about her experience with Connor W. I'm not going to play the he said she said game. However, it really states the truth in your review Connor W. You hired Dorota for 4 hours which she held up her end of the bargain. Sure sounds like the typical "get full service for 1/2 the price. You mentioned it was a 1400 sq ft area that Dorota cleaned, meaning your house is more than likely 2,800 - 3,000 sq ft. And you wanted the entire house cleaned for 135$. That is absolutely ridiculous if that is what you were truly expecting. My entire place is 1,500 sq. Ft. And it takes her right around 3.5 - 4 hrs to clean and she comes every 2 weeks. The first time she cleaned it, it took almost 6 hours. But time obviously lessened now and it is maintained rather than cleaned. So, Connor W. I really think it was unfair of you to lie about your agreement with Dorota. Let alone try and degrade Dorota on a public form. You post pictures of text that were between the 2 of you and pictures of lint on your floor in your bedroom. But in the same sentence state you clean everyday. If that is true, why is there crap all over your floor in your bedroom? In short, if you are going to slam somebody on a public form, have some self pride and at least be honest about your prior agreement with Dorota and not try to look like you are a victim of sorts. Let's be honest, you wanted a full deep cleaning of your entire house for 135$. Like I said before, typical I want it all for nothing mentality. I really think it is so unkind of you to try and ruin somebody that works her butt off to make ends meet while you sit in your house and clean everyday from what you said, yet hire a housekeeper. The pictures you posted of text between you and Dorota speaks volumes as to the type of person you are. A real lady would have spoke to Dorota face to face and not hide behind a phone so you have some type of proof to back up your review. It sure is easy to write about one side of the story isn't it? The fact that Dorota did not comment on your review speaks volumes of the type of person she is. There is no need for her to try to publicly humiliate you because she would never do that. I had to comment when I saw the incorrect information on Connor W review.
