I was basically stuck for most of a day waiting. One of the worst roadside assistance experiences I've ever had. Will not use again.

I checked their YELP for some reassurance, but there weren't any reviews, so I'm "paying it…read moreforward". Stuck is a legitimate company and service. I had an excellent experience, and they deserve a good review. Stuck isn't a tow truck company; Stuck is "Tow Truck Uber", and like Uber, they're a dispatcher and their drivers aren't employees, they're contractors (free agents). What makes Uber better than a taxi? Availability. It's a great idea for a business, whether you're a driver or a customer. As a customer, using Stuck means access to tons of Tow truck drivers at a fixed price pre-arranged price. That means faster, more affordable service. Legacy Towing companies are shady about their pricing and they might only have 3 drivers available, but Stuck has tons of drivers and the price is fixed up front. I wasn't on the side of the road or in an accident, but my car broke down and was parked in a 7-Eleven parking lot. They towed it back to my home and inserted my car back into the driveway. They are NOT open 24hrs a day but I was able to make my reservation online at 11pm, paid upfront, and then my car was back in my driveway by 9:30am the next day. That suited my needs perfectly but I can't speak to how reliable they are for accidents or urgent roadside towing needs. However, their response time should be even faster than any tow truck company because technically, they have FAR more drivers available. I assume availability probably varies from city to city but my experience was from Frisco, TX. Uber drivers won't go into sketchy areas or bad neighborhoods, and like Uber, I imagine Tow truck drivers have the same approach to accepting fares. I seriously doubt any tow truck driver will risk their safety for $50, so before making your reservation - look around you: Is it a safe area? I saved a lot of money today because I used Stuck, and that's all that matters when you need a tow.

Their adjuster sent me emails loaded with all-caps threats, exclamation marks, and a "48-hour ultimatum" to pressure me into signing a lowball settlement -- while I was still in active medical treatment with no attorney. When I submitted new medical receipts and documentation of missed work, they responded by dropping their offer by $1,000 within three hours. But the real problem is bigger than bad customer service. While pressuring me to settle, AAA's system sent me an email with someone else's personally identifiable information attached to my claim, a completely unrelated person whose identity was pulled from their system and leaked directly to me. I reported this to AAA's Privacy Department and weeks later, still complete silence. No acknowledgment, no investigation, nothing. They will aggressively rush to close your file but won't lift a finger when their own system exposes someone's private information.

After a seven hour drive I pulled into my driveway in Port Aransas Texas. Unloaded my truck and hopped back in to head for a cruise on the beach. Nothing! It was obvious that the battery was fried. What luck though. It could have happened on the road but didn't. A quick call to triple A And next thing I know, a super courteous young man had replaced my battery a mere 1 1/2 hours later .
