He was very professional and put up with four Chihuahua/ Yorkie yappers while he worked. And the price I was charged for the visit, and parts was very reasonable. I called up Gold Rush Electric and Kyle made time for me. Kyle is thorough and reliable. He did a great job. What I also appreciate is he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Then Tim somehow fit me into his busy schedule that very same afternoon, came out, got everything working again, and did a full inspection. Total: $149. Then Tim gave me the shock of the day -- and thankfully it wasn't electrical. He explained that my panel may not need to be replaced at all. Instead, he can do a tune-up/service on it for WAY less than the cost of a brand-new panel. No one has ever suggested that option to me before. I really appreciated Tim's honesty. He could have easily agreed with me when I was ready to throw money at a full replacement, but instead he actually inspected the system and recommended what made sense. I went from "Replace everything!" to "Wait... I get to keep my money?" Tim was prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Bee Thumb Electric absolutely earned my business, and Tim will be the first person I call for electrical work from now on.

My property management company secured this son and father team (yes, I did reverse father and son) to correct an identity and correct an odd electrical issue. While the father was informative, knowledgeable and courteous, I cannot attribute those characteristics to the son. Who is demonstrative towards his dad, in a hurry to assess or therefore not assess electrical issues, combative/inflexible when scheduling as well as being not pleasant and a little creepy, energy wise, for lack of a better description...that was my unfortunate experience. In summary, the electrical issue still exists and has evolved in ways only a considerate, knowledgeable and dedicated electrician could assess and resolve.
