Keiran was so incredibly kind! He took his time explaining some of the benefits of the Cadillac Escalade. We had an endless amount of questions, and he answered each one with a smile. Again, I can't stress enough how wonderful it was to have someone so knowledgeable about the SUV we were interested in. After the test drive, we were sold. Kathy helped us through all of our questions regarding financing and warranties. We really appreciate how kind and inviting she made us feel (even through all the paperwork!) We absolutely loved their team! All of the "congratulations" from other team players kept us smiling in the lobby! If you're in the market for a car, then make sure you go to them first! They treat you like family! Thank you to the Tallahassee team at Dale Earnhardt! Y'all are the best! - Scott and Hannah

I informed my service technician that I already ordered parts for my front hood and explicitly asked the service tech to tell them to NOT slam it as it was fragile. I received a video of the mechanic letting go & slamming my hood in the shop and flagged it in paperwork as 'critical.' Left & paid as everyone was clocking out. This is my 2nd time coming here and it was just as bad as the previous 3 hour record time! Additionally, multiple service technicians at the front were wearing meta glasses. Being recorded up close already established that they do not respect their customers privacy & left me feeling uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional. I really hoped that they would take care of my grandfathers CT6. Never again. Will be driving to the Thomasville dealer next time.

Shop owners went above and beyond with one of my most valued gifts; my daughter. Took her car in for issues that we've been chasing for almost a year (at a different shop). I initially tried to give them a detailed description of all that has been done and luckily they asked to look at it with a 'fresh pair of eyes'. Much to my surprise, given the thousands of dollars I've already poured into this car, they FIXED it! Diagnostic took longer than the fix. This job required skilled and patient professionals, which is exactly what we got when we walked into this shop. Communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately, I handed them a half broken key fob, which I forgot to tell them. As expected it broke after a test drive. When they called to notify me of what happened, I apologized profusely as it was MY fault. Now some of you may think, oh well, the key broke while in their possession, so it's their responsibility to fix it. I couldn't disagree more, however, they still took it upon themselves to get me a new key. Their rationale - I didn't need the added headache after all the trouble this car had already caused. I didn't think it was possible, there are still some businesses out there with integrity. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic to ensure my daughter is in a safe and functional vehicle.
