Unlike other service companies that claim to be 24/7 and are not, KTH not only answered the phone, they were helpful and cheerful and polite too. Even though there were many urgent situations in the field caused by the storm, my plumbing was fixed before noon that same day. At my home they were considerate and neat, and offered a follow-up if it were not fixed correctly. It was fixed correctly, so no follow-up was needed. I recommend KTH wholeheartedly.
