Unlike other service companies that claim to be 24/7 and are not, KTH not only answered the phone, they were helpful and cheerful and polite too. Even though there were many urgent situations in the field caused by the storm, my plumbing was fixed before noon that same day. At my home they were considerate and neat, and offered a follow-up if it were not fixed correctly. It was fixed correctly, so no follow-up was needed. I recommend KTH wholeheartedly.

Again this place has a variety of spare parts and as such is in direct competition with the Bargain Shop. I would say there is very little to choose between the two and my decision would be based primarily on the proximity I was to either of the two establishments. To find one of these shops is rare nowadays so two is a minor miracle and the people of Selly Oak can count themselves fortunate.
