Unlike other service companies that claim to be 24/7 and are not, KTH not only answered the phone, they were helpful and cheerful and polite too. Even though there were many urgent situations in the field caused by the storm, my plumbing was fixed before noon that same day. At my home they were considerate and neat, and offered a follow-up if it were not fixed correctly. It was fixed correctly, so no follow-up was needed. I recommend KTH wholeheartedly.

Junayed was hired to complete a full bathroom set up including tiling. Junayed assured he was a…read morereputable company and the work would be completed within five days. Providing all materials was provided. When speaking to Junayed he suggested he could do the tiling also. Junayed completed 50% of the plumbing. He brought new tiling equipment to have a beginners experience on my property. I had to take the tiles off due them being cracked and inconsistent. Costing more money for materials. 2months from this he has not answered calls and claims he is "stuck or busy". I have had tenants wanting to move in but this has slowed me down big time. Especially after paying the balance in full. Junayed does a call out service, So my guess is that he prioritises hourly customers once he has taken your money. I only come to this as i have rang Junayed over 30 times a day for him to tell me he will be coming over in the evening, tomorrow and then I'm back to 30 calls to get him on the phone.
