After 15 months of having a bathroom fitted an on going issue has not been resolved. I thought I was getting experienced plumbers but it appears not . They are unable to put a shower unit square on a wall after several attempts. I have a badly fitted sink tap and a faulty shower tray that eventually causes a leak through to a cloakroom below where electrics are. Any complaint was met with arrogance and abuse and finally a refusal to rectify any problem. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I therefore recommend anyone requiring a plumber to go elsewhere.

His advertised as pulsar coil engineer can fix 80% of boilers, after half hour and £50 told me don't need green light and no electric supply(which the was because it works) Told me to get electrician which I did, another £50 and Electrician told me nothing wrong with electric. Told plumber then didn't want to know. If his a pulsar coil electric engineer shouldn't he be able to deal with electric boiler. Just wants to take your money and disappear . scammer.
