As my issue was becoming worse over the waiting period due to his work availability, Muktar was able to squeeze me in earlier than the agreed date. He was efficient, knowledgable and friendly. He explained and showed me things to lookout for whilst carrying out the service. He also recommended to get boiler cover for future repairs to avoid spending money on call outs and labour work. The first thing which impressed us was that he telephoned or called back when he said he would and suggested that I visited his previous project in order to see his workmanship, which was very helpful. He made several suggestions at the on set and although there were many challenges along the way which he dealt with with tolerance and patience, the end result is a gorgeous bathroom, much admired by all.
