Looked up plumbers who are Baxi specialists & contacted this chap via an email enquiry. He quickly called me & we spoke about the problem. Arranged a call out to my house for Monday. By then I'd had no hot water or heating for 6 days. He arrived promptly & identified the issue quickly & within a few minutes problem solved. I was scheduled to have a boiler repair but found out they had not ordered the replacement parts and would have to wait a fortnight for hot water, at a cost of £220 pounds. After many phone calls I was eventually offered a refund, but only if I traveled to Coventry to collect it. To this day I have not recieved any refund or apology. I called another company and they fixed the boiler within the same day, and at half the cost. The way I was spoken to and disregarded when I had trusted A1 Gas Force to fix my boiler, was frankly shocking. Be warned.

And then after putting the tool in the blocked ganky toilet he puts it in my sink for crying out loud. First in my toilet and then in my sink?! And then he leaves the floor soaking with water from the toilet!!!!!
