Firstly, I emailed a number of services, and they had a very fair price. Secondly, they were very quick to respond to my emails and my call. On the day needed, I received a call from the business about 15 minutes before the time they were to arrive, which really put me at ease and allowed us to get things organized. The workers introduced themselves, and were very courteous and very quick. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and ended with a thank-you and a handshake! I cannot comment on the recycling end of this transaction, but I assume it will be done properly. As a resident of the west end I really am tired of seeing couches, t.v.s, mattresses etc, etc, etc in the alley at the end of every month, and so I was happy to see that my old couch is dealt with properly.
