Sometimes I don't ever hear back! Ben was punctual, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient as he diagnosed the sprinkler problems. Ben presented a few different options that would be viable solutions. Not reliable. We had someone come out to diagnose and fix a leak but after replacing a sprinkler head and being told it was fixed, we clearly still had an issue five minutes after the guy left. I contacted the company and they refused to refund any of the $100 saying they are an honest company and it's likely a bigger problem that they couldn't fix. That would have been helpful to know beforehand! Meanwhile I had an independent contractor come in after and he replaced the pipe in 10 minutes and our system is brand new! They clearly took advantage of the situation to make a profit. read more

Disappointed with Sprinkler Pros (now called Go Grow Tek) and will not be using them again. They do OK work when they come out, but the process of working with them has been quite unpleasant. First, after waiting for close to a month to get sprinkler turn-on service, they canceled the appointment the day before they were supposed to come out. They wanted to push the appointment back by a couple of weeks after I had just bought my garden plants and set everything up for summer gardening. After telling them this was unacceptable, they finally agreed to turn my sprinklers on only a week later and gave me a $20 discount (after I requested it). When the tech came out, he couldn't complete all the work in the time he had allocated, so I had to schedule a second follow-up visit. They had hardly any availability over the following couple of weeks, so I could only get them to come on the one day when I was away from the house at my daughter's dance recital. The second time around, their tech only changed out a few of the tubes we had discussed him swapping out and left a bunch of old tubing that was still corroded and leaky. I called to ask them to come out again to complete the work we had discussed initially, and they wanted to charge me for a third trip charge just to come out again. They tried to make it out like they already did me a favor by giving me a $20 discount on the first trip when I would have much rather they didn't cancel on me the day before they came out. I've paid them over $220 at this point and have just a few new tubes in my garden beds to show for it. In the future, I'll work with a company that isn't so flaky and difficult to book with and that prioritizes customer satisfaction. read more

We recently redid our landscape and after a few days we realized that the sprinklers were not hitting our new plants and sod. We needed about six sprinklers adjusted, two heads added and we needed to check out why a whole zone was not working. Ben from sprinkler pros was helpful and really knew his stuff. He was able to quickly adjust and add sprinklers, which quickly addressed 90% of the issue. He was able to do everything in little under an hour. The whole time sprinkler pros texted me and kept in contact with me regarding my apt schedule, when Ben was on his way and how I felt about everything shortly after he left. I will definitely be using sprinkler pros again. I would obviously recommend sprinkler pros if all their techs are like Ben. read more

Don't waste your time! I made the assumption that their service would be better because they charge TWICE as much as the next sprinkler providers (90 dollars to blow out one sprinkler)! However, I was wrong. They gave me a 4 hour period they would arrive (11-3) and the day before they sent me a different 4 hour period (8-12). I nicely asked them to confirm which 4 hour period they were going to be here and the owner responded with condescending remark. I used his exact verbiage in my question back to him and he called me asking me why I had an attitude. I called another company, they gave me a 2 hour period and only charge 45 bucks read more
