As I walk around with my son, another elderly woman employee is walking in the back area, also no greeting. Now I approach one of the only two clothing racks they have for men and she makes sure to come over and still never greets me, but I guess she had to make sure someone of my ethnicity wasn't going to try to steal something. As I get my son to walk out, a person of the "right complexion" walks in and what do you know, greeted properly by the woman making sure I wasn't taking anything. Unbelievable!

I have been stalking Breezy'z IG page, cause the clothes that are posted are dope. Well...once I…read morerealized it's location, I realized that I had to go and check this place out. So Waldorf is near my hometown, happy for me I just happened to be home for the week, so time to venture on out. First things first, the address alludes to the fact that it is located someplace else, I mean I went the wrong way initially. Breezy'z is located in the St. Charles Towne Plaza which is the Plaza across from the mall. It is towards the back of the plaza, I can't say it is that easy to spot, the signage is a fair size. Now the boutique....chilllle. I love it! A quaint space that is so inviting with beautiful colors, and chill music. I liked the clothing selections, and they happened to carry one of my favorite boutique brands. The price point was resonable. My only gripe was that there weren't too many of my size. My hips don't lie, and unfortunately most of the larger sizes were already gone. D'oh! The good thing is that you can order from the website. Take advantage folks! The staff are cool and helpful when needed. Whenever I'm home, I'll stop on by.

It had surprised me when the hours of the store were 1 - 7 pm Tuesday through Saturday. I felt these hours were so limiting for typical retail traffic. My friend and I came from a nearby county and drove 45 minutes to visit the store. We got there at 1:55pm and the store was closed. We saw they have now changed their hours to 2-7 pm. The day was a Friday and we waited until 2:15 and no one ever showed up. We left very disappointed. There was no sign on the door that they were going to be closed on this Friday. It was not a holiday. As responsible business owners they should have had a sign if they were not going to open on a normal work day. They had a little sign with the clock saying they will be back at 2:00.

The owner listed it at $2,300 with a 55% payout and claimed it would sell within weeks. Instead, I spent six months chasing updates through texts, calls, emails, and website tickets. By summer, they stopped responding entirely. When I visited on September 2, they refused to answer a basic question without an appointment and made me wait until September 11. At that appointment, the owner repeatedly disparaged my bag as outdated, then told me it had sold for $1,875. She initially tried to pay me only 50%. Only after I produced the contract did she apologize and acknowledge the agreed 55%. Even then, my final payment was less than 55% because they deducted an undisclosed "processing fee" of several dozen dollars--something never mentioned throughout the entire process. Six months of silence, condescension, attempted underpayment, and a surprise fee. I'll take my other luxury bags to New York. Avoid this store.
