We found Frank because our neighbor was using him and we noticed how great her yard looked. Frank came by and we went over everything that we could do with our property. His people came in and fixed up our yard, and they noticed things the previous landscape guys had missed. He's thorough, conscientious, and most importantly an honest guy! As a bonus, his prices are very reasonable. Believe me, if he asked for more money for his services I would have paid it. We moved away from Lancaster a couple of years ago, but Frank has continued to be our landscape guy while we've been gone. When there was a problem he was the guy we could call and trust him to fix it. If you need a landscaper you should look him up. You'll be glad you did.

I give 5 stars to the workers who did a beautiful job on my yard. They were hard working, polite,…read moreinformative and attentive to detail. I give three stars to the people in charge. I asked for an estimate to create a walkway, concrete patio, irrigation, sod, and gravel. A week had passed after Renee came out to get measurements with no update on the quote so I reached out since other companies provided same day quotes. Renee responded to me so very unprofessionally via email stating "Geez! It's only been a week give me a break! We are busy I promise you haven't forgotten but this takes time." I was shocked because I don't think there was anything wrong with checking in after a week's time. Renee apologized by saying "I forget you don't know me" as if I should be able to discern her personality and tone through email. If I didn't like the workers I had met, I would never have hired them after this interaction. I shouldn't have to work more than they are for service, and definitely should not have been scolded for it. When I finally got a quote I felt that they were charging an astronomical amount for sod and gravel (we are talking 3x more per sq ft) and therefore only approved the walkway, patio, irrigation and sprinklers. I was told about their warranty and their experience in the field, and signed a contract. Upon completion of the work, I wanted to give the workers the business of completing what they started (by laying sod and gravel). However, I wanted to know if they would be willing to just do the labor and I would have the sod and gravel delivered directly from the source for 3x less. Renee declined. I asked for the sqft measurements for sod and gravel that they took for me so I could explore this on my own, and was denied this information. Then the owner got involved and told me he would void my warranty if I were to have the sod and gravel completed on my own which was never once expressed to me previously. Then he had the nerve to bring up my remaining balance that was emailed to me the day before, a holiday (July 4) as though I was some kind of delinquent customer. I'm sorry I didn't get to it when I was enjoying my holiday with family and friends! I was appalled yet again. I would consider their business ethics before going with them. However their workers were phenomenal and, quite honestly, should be in charge. They were more professional than the owner and manager were!

There are plenty of reasons to AVOID this company, and I'll just cite a few…read more No integrity in their work: This company will cut corners, damage your property, and avoid replacing what they've broken. They say they will *fix* things but won't bother to show up. Low quality items: Not even a month after my aritificial turf was installed, portions of it started to dry out and lift up. I'll include a picture of their turf supplier so that anyone can see their suppliers' reviews as well. Sketchy business practices: There is no paper trail when giving payments. Thomas only wants cash or zelle and will not provide a schedule of payment dates. Instead, he'll text you the day before and say, "I need payment of $$$$ for supplies." The zelle linked to this company is neither of Thomas, his brother, or the company's. As stated before, there is no paper trail. Last one, after deciding halfway through the job that I wanted to go with an upgrade that we had previously discussed, I wanted to make sure we were on the same page on price. Thomas had quoted me with a balance that was $500 more than the original agreed amount. Fortunately for me, I caught the discrepancy in the quote, and I called it out. Seek several quotes: Their prices fall in line or higher than other licensed businesses in the AV. The only problem is that they're no longer licensed. I gave Martinez a call and alone the enthusiast tone in his voice assured me that doing business with him would go smoothly with professionalism. I called on a Wednesday asking for pump service and concrete by Friday and he delivered! The quote was very fair for the amount of work needed to be done. He called me the day before to confirm and let me know that his crew would arrive by 6:00am. Sure enough, they were at my place by 6am to began the project. The work was completed in a timely manner, his crew was friendly and hardworking with years of experience and the end result of a concrete patio exceeded my expectation. Additionally, Martinez made a courtesy quick fix to obstructions to ensure that the concrete was laid properly. I highly recommend Martinez and Sons, and I for sure will be contacting them for future concrete projects.

They were so helpful and they let us do our meeting online to save us time and effort. The price was a bit more than other quotes we received, but the quality and professionalism or JNR was outstanding and totally worth it. All the other turf installers gave us a wait time of 6 months! JNR said it would take about 4 weeks for installation, which was acceptable. Two weeks went by and we got a call from JNR asking if we would like to have the turf installed in 2 days! The guys answered all of my questions and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a pleasure to have them at our house.
