The tech was at my home for no more than 15 minutes. The tech also said he would come back to check the traps. He never showed up again. This was my first time receiving these services so I only now know that I was completely ripped off (their pricing is absurd compared to others). Take your business elsewhere. Lastly, when you call them you have to leave a message and they call back. Pretty painful experience of playing phone tag. I remember thinking how odd it was they don't have employees ready to answer customer calls. The writing was on the wall. Take your business elsewhere.
