Recently I put my son in a summer program that supposedly would provide educational programming as well as martial arts and extra curricular activities. Little did I know that they weren't going to do any of these! Not only that; they had me complete and sign a form with just my sons' basic information and they would complete the rest later on. Because I have family friends who recommended me this program, Ms. Destiny Quinones offered me the price of $50.00 a week. When Mr. Kai Evers came to complete the form w. me and he wrote the price of $95.00 I told him that was not the price and he offered me the price of $70.00 a week. I told him I couldn't and that I wasn't going to put my son there if that was the price. I asked them for the form and they said they were going to hold it in case I came back. Ms. Destiny who is the one in charge of enrolling or telling parents things they want to here, told my family friend that they will give me the price of $50.00. I then returned and re-completed the same basic information and signed. I never put my card information, and always paid at the location. 3 Months after the summer program ended I received bills from MEMBER SOLUTIONS. According to them I signed a contract stating I was going to pay 95.00 a week (I didn't , they completed the billing portion of the form on their own after the program ended) !!! Here I am month later getting billed extra money that I never was aware I had to pay or that I signed a contract. THIS IS TRUE BECAUSE ON TH FORM THEY PUT MY SONS SCHOOL AS A SCHOOL IN THE AREA AND THATS COMPLETELY FALSE. I Recently moved here so my son has never been and still isn't enrolled in a school here. (They do dumb stuff to make it obvious that they scam, once you see the contract when you ask for a copy because of the excessive charges!) I went to the location and Ms. Destiny tells me shes aware that I was to pay 50.00 a week and doesn't know what happen. THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS EMAIL THEM!!. LOL . The fact that you complete forms and do business with them at the location and when you have a problem they tell you , those matters are only handled via email is outrageous to me. THEY DON'T HAVE THE COURAGE TO CONFRONT THE SCAMMING AND FRAUD THEY DO TO A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY. NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE AN F!!!! AS THEIR RATING WITH THE BETTER BUISNESS BEARUE (BBB), BUT CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS SINCE 2011. NOW THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO A COUPLE OF FRIENDS I KNOW. Let me not fail to mention that I have tons of emails where the owner Mr. Kai Evers constantly give me different excuses for the reason I was billed 95.00, according to them I was required to enroll my son in their after school program to pay $50.00 a week. The dojo teaches a style of jujutsu that dates back to 1650, an Okinawan style of Karate where the dojo has very close ties to very senior international organizations and recently we have added a traditional style of Okinawan weapons. Everything being taught is very realistic and practical. The training is rigorous but the dojo has a strong sense of community and helping others grow. Under Sensei Williams' leadership, the Seibukan Dojo has become one of the strongest dojos with an incredible reputation.
