Contract included removing a tree stump they said they could get out, took two shots at it and gave up. They poured a back patio, front walk and step, driveway and a new driveway on the side of the house. Requested colored concrete for the back patio, front patio, and to extend that color across the front of the garage from the front patio. Said they could do that extension of color in front of the garage and have done it in the past and it looks good. We were out of town when they were doing the work and they called to say they did not think the color in front of the garage would look good going up against the grey concrete of the side driveway, but could add color to the side driveway for an additional fee. i agreed to it, turns out they did the side drive and patio's in color, but did not do the part in front of the garage. They said it was my misunderstanding of the conversation and they never said they would do that part. Instead, the slab they poured for the shed was in colored concrete. Really, who does that??? I think they screwed up pouring the shed pad and did not want to own up to it. Other issues were the side drive way did not allow for the fence to be match up to the side of the house, was crooked, and had weird jagged edges. Also, they did not extend the color all the say down to the point of the side driveway meeting the the driveway, leaving small grey point that looks horrible and is cracking. They also built up the back patio over the retaining wall for the stairs and brought the concrete just over the top and down part of the sides of the stair well leaving an ugly jagged edge. They tried to cut into the concrete to make a solid line but that only made it worse. They promised to send someone to fix it, called multiple times to say why they could not make it out for the scheduled time, then stopped calling all together. Left a few messages, but they had their money and had no intention of fixing their mistakes or returning my calls. They don't listen to their customers and do what they want, then ignore the issues they create. Have to pay someone else to fix the stair well and the fence guy had to cut into the concrete to get the fence installed. read more
