Several people came out to quote a repair but I went with XBOC....not because he was cheaper, he was NOT, but because he convinced me that he would strip off the old paint, fill the damaged areas, coat the surface to a smooth finish and then seal. He took two days to complete the job and it became apparent that he was not stripping the entire surface clean as he had promised and that the finished coating was anything but smooth. Troll marks small voids can easily be seen. He sealed the surface once and promised to come back for a second coat a couple of days later, but he never showed up. Less than one year down the road, the coating is discolored and peeling up. A waste of over $2K. Very disappointed!

Raymundo came out and walked us around the property and gave us a real sense that they knew what was best for the property in what we wanted. We selected RC Custom Landscape and we were not disappointed. We had a wall put up, some cement work done, lots of rock work, flagstone, mulch, trees, grass, and some minor shrubs.
