This beautiful spot also boasts some great baristas with so much bean knowledge--ask them anything! Always a great time to chat. I have been here a few times and this time, actually stayed for a few hours to get some work done. Located in the industrial part of the Junction the space presents itself industrial but filled with warmths. When you walk in, you will see immediately a long coffee bar with various coffee machines for your pour overs, cappuchinos, espresso etc. At the far back, giant machines (roasting things perhaps), workspace for the techs (I think) and a beautiful graffiti art on the back wall. The main seating area comprises of high bar stools, a few desks area with sockets and roman theatre style steps with some tables that you can work from (also with sockets) or just chat away. There is a section in the shop that is a retain space with all the beans you can buy to go and various coffee related pieces. There is also a coffee bag recycling box! Very neat! Also, they have teamed up with MUUSE to keep one less paper cup out of the landfill. TTC accessible: Either from Keele Street, just a few minutes from St. Clair/Keele streetcar stops or a few minutes from Dundas (40 bus) at Keele. I particular enjoy the natural coffee taste and you can definitely taste it from their coffee. Although it's an extra $1 for requesting no ice, it's still worth it if you want a stronger coffee taste. My go-to is their Cold Condensed Milk Coffee. Service is quite quick whenever I go.

I mentioned I had never bought beans here before and the woman at the front immediately asked what I would be using to make the coffee (a French Press in this case) and suggested the Brazilian as it holds up well with this type of coffee maker. She hand poured my requested half pound of beans into a brown paper bean bag so fast I barely even had my wallet out by the time she was done. + The food: today was the first time I tried any foodstuffs from Full of Beans. Grabbed a chocolate chip shortbread to go. It was not as buttery salty sweet as I normally like, but the milder flavour grew on me over the course of the cookie and the big chocolate chunks were great. + The tip: if you buy a half pound or more of coffee beans, you get a free small cup of drip coffee!

They use a Hario Switch and served in a two-way cup.
