They were detailed in explaining to me the service they would provide and follow through with out appointments via email and text message. Irma, Cristi, Luz, Teresa came to my place and promptly cleaned up the whole house. From wiping surfaces, deep cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the floors, and moping, Teresa and her team did a splendid job. They also did a walk through with me to point out details and spot clean. If we've ever needed to reschedule a cleaning its been super simple to do. Its great getting a notification when they're on their way on cleaning day so we know exactly when to expect them. They're also very honest; during one cleaning session a clay basket in our kitchen was broken while they were cleaning our home; they notified us of the situation and informed us they would replace the broken item which they did. Absolutely amazing! They did a wonderful job and the house smells amazing. They cleaned everything I asked them to, and even did the lamps, chandeliers, and dusted and wiped down all the furniture. They went out of their way to also clean under the couch cushions, in and around the toilets, cleaned my daughters closet, folded and put away the clean clothes, did dishes that I had left behind, and I can keep going and going. I was looking for someone to do a deep cleaning on the 2.5 bathrooms in my home because it was BAD how behind I was on the cleaning.
