John and I took a clear bottom boat tour to the arc. It was so much fun. The staff was really nice. They stop at several places around the arc and they give you extra time for you to take pictures. If you are lucky, you will encounter the famous sea lion Poncho. BAJA´S WATERSPORTS offer the Activities: Parasailing, Waverunner, Snorkeling, Glass Bottom Boat, Water Taxi and Whale Watching Tour (in season). Since 1988, they've provided great experiences to visitors.

We used this your company for our excursion on the glass boat to the arch. Our tour guide was cool and funny and gave us a lil history on Cabo and its recent hurricane survival. The two beaches (lover's beach & divorce beach) that we could've stopped in were closed and had security on site to ensure no one stopped. We were able to stop and get some great pics of the arch. We also saw a bunch of seals and a huge whale swimming in and out of the waves. The boat was rocky due to the crazy waves but we felt safe and my friend and I had our life jackets on for extra protection. Lol. I would definitely use this company again.

I took a glass bottom boat tour with a friend while in Cabo with these guys. The staff in general were very helpful and friendly. Lost my required paperwork to take my tour and they found it for me in the sand LOL.The tour was longer than I expected and took us to view the famous arch of cabo san lucas, lovers beach as well as divorce beach. We were not able to stop at any of the beaches due to the rough tide. However, we were able to see (and smell) sea lions and pelicans in the area. I would definitely use their services if ever in the area again.

We parasailed through this company on Sunday. We got it through a discounted timeshare rate so they picked us up from the hotel around 11:15am, transported us to Medano Beach & back once we concluded. When we arrived we got on the boat which took us further into the ocean. Once we met the guys who would assist with parasailing we jumped on their boat, put on life jackets and strapped up to be taken further into the ocean until released in the air. Prior to parasailing I thought it was an actual seat that you sit in but it's a harness belt that you're sitting on. I was nervous at first but I felt pretty safe since we were harnessed in and there was a parachute above us. Being in the air was breathtaking! The water was beautiful and the weather was perfect. Being so high up you could practically see the entire city of Cabo. We also noticed a few sting rays, sea lions and fish. It was a nice experience. We were in the air about maybe 10 minutes (just a guess) but the boat went pretty far out and made a circle coming back. Unfortunately my beau started throwing up while in the air so we ended a little early. Once we got back down to the boat we were driven back to the original boat and taken back on land. Medano Beach is beautiful, the guys were professional and did a great job. This was our first time parasailing so I wish there would've been better explanation of the process, how far out we go or how long parasailing lasts but we enjoyed and I'd recommend this company.

We love Bajas!!! They say it on their parasail parachute "BAJAS #1" Our concierge convinced my sister to do the timeshare meeting at our hotel. With this option, we were able to experience 2 difference options with Bajas. They made our reservations with Bajas over the phone very easily. PARASAILING - So much fun! We met at the dock 15 minutes prior to our departure. We were with one other party (2 girls) that were really nice. The Bajas team were so friendly and made our experience comfortable. The boat took us to the parasailing boat, nice and quick. We took turns going up in the air. The team asked us prior if we wanted to be dipped into the ocean, so no surprises! You can do a little bit or a full dip! The views of the ocean, the arches, the shores, all amazing. We went when the whether was perfect too. On our way back, we were looking at Los Arcos and the boat driver gave us a mini tour to the area so we can take pics! So nice! "401k tips" were definitely given. We did this excursion for free since my sister attended the timeshare tour. GLASS BOTTOM BOAT TOUR - We paid $14 for 6 people (4 adults, 1 kid, 1 toddler), also discounted because of the timeshare tour. We came back the following day to the same dock. It starts off with a great tour guide who reassures our safety. It stops at Pelican Beach where you can see all the fish. Great knowledge of the rock formations and historical side of Los Arcos. He gave us time for photo ops too! Very important. So many amazing sights! and I didn't get sea sick! Bajas is truly #1!

We did parasailing and glass boat with Baja's Tours. It was such an amazing experience. Super fun and beautiful view. The staff are very nice and friendly.

These guys were awesome! Got you all prepped for parasailing. Joked around. I was very nervous at first but highly recommend this company. You take off and land straight from the back of the boat. They'll let you dip your feet in the ocean before you land back on the boat, too!

I contacted them to cancel multiple times more than 24 hours in advance of our scheduled tour, but they refused to refund our money. Their refund policy states that I should get back 80%, but it's been months and I haven't received anything. They probably would have had to cancel the tour because of the weather anyway. Don't use this company!

Knowing it's a 20 minute walk from the place where the cruise ship tender drops you off to the place where the tour boats dock, we decided to scout it out the night before. The email from the company instructed us to check in at the Roger's office ("kiosko 2") to ensure we got the correctly-fitting snorkeling gear, so we went looking for the office using a map from the Roger's website and Google maps. We tried inputting the exact address from the email and asking everyone we could find at Puerto Paraiso mall, but when we went to the alleged office location, nothing was there. As a last ditch effort, on the way out of the mall, we paused and asked a random guy at a booth with ads for tours (mind you, nowhere did it say Roger's on it)! This booth was NOT located in the same spot indicated in the map on the Roger's website. However, this guy was somehow able to look up our reservation, and it was legit because he knew my name even though I never said it. He told us to just meet at the dock the next day - not to even worry about going to the "office" (wherever it may be). So that's what I would advise any future travelers to do - just go to Dock D, which isn't hard to find. Ahead of time, I had emailed the company and asked if I could add additional people to our tour and how to pay for them. I received a response indicating we would need to pay 35 per person and they could either send me a PayPal account to put the money in, or we could pay at the dock. When we got on the boat, we inquired about the two extra people and were told to pay 40 dollars. Thankfully I had the email from the company and I disputed this. I was given a roundabout explanation about how the corporate office is somewhere else in Mexico and sometimes there's miscommunication. This felt like an attempt to con more money out of us, but to their credit, they did honor the emailed price. The tour itself was great. We had Jonathan as the guide and Memo as the boat driver. Jonathan had great English skills and was knowledgeable. Our kids got to drive the boat, which had them laughing hysterically. They also dropped a couple members of our party off to snorkel in a designated spot, and the snorkel gear they provided seemed nicer than the cheap stuff we brought. At the end, they offered to drop us off closer to the cruise ship to help us avoid the 20-minute walk, but said it would be a $2 dock fee per person. We did take them up on that, as we had small kids in the party and didn't want them to have to do the walk in the hot sun. They do take pictures during the tour and offer you the chance to buy them at the end. Technically this is mentioned on the website, so it's not surprising. However, I will note that they offered us a discount on the photos at the end if we left them a review - lowering the price from 80 to 50 dollars. So, take that into account when you read other reviews. We declined. I recall when I was researching tour options that some other customers had mentioned their tours being outsourced to other people. There is definitely something odd with the "company." It presents itself on its website like a small business and frequent references are made to "our boat." But when you get to the dock, nothing says "Roger's" - no signage, no uniforms, etc. There's also more than one boat - another party was checking in at the exact same time as we were with the same people. It's almost like they've been bought out by a bigger conglomerate of tour operators. Perhaps this explains the conflicting information in some spots (i.e., the email confirmation saying to check in early at an office but a guy at a random kiosk that doesn't say Roger's on it somehow having our reservation and telling us to just go to the dock). Overall, we enjoyed the tour itself, but the issues with finding the location and being asked to pay different fees than we were quoted were off-putting.

We were picked up by a driver in a passenger van prior and dropped off after which was great since we knew we would have some cocktails on board the boat. He was great! Very nice and took good care of us. When we arrived, the driver escorted us to the Cabo Adventure center where we were met by one of the crew members and then escorted to the boat following check-in. We walked a short distance to the boat, passing by many vendors and shops who of course chased you down for sales, donations, etc. But all is good, just say no thank you and they leave you alone. We arrived to the boat and were introduced to our captain, and team. Mauricio, Manuel and Derick. All three were very nice. They catered to whatever we requested from drinks, lunch and snorkeling time. When we arrived, they shared we had a photographer taking pictures throughout the day. I was excited as I am usually the one always taking photos so it would be nice to have a photographer taking pictures of our group instead of me. And, to have professional photos would be great! I only snapped a couple of pictures as we boarded because it looked like he was taking a lot of photos of us in front of the arches, hanging on the boat, etc. throughout the afternoon. I also thought the photos were included. They are not. The boat ride was great. Drinks were great. They made cocktails for us. Snorkeling was nice. Views were beautiful. They answered our questions of the area. We have a delicious light lunch of chips and guac, pasta salad, chicken salad and fruit. The staff couldn't be nicer. The photographer is nice. When we arrived back at the center, we were directed to the "photography" area where we quickly learned our photos would be $200! I calmly said let me look at the photos because if they are really that good, I'll pay for great photos. Sadly, they were all just awful! Only 1 decent photo out of 50 or so photos and even that photo needed major editing. Shadows, weird light. We had 2 different group shots. The photos in front of the arches, the top of the arches were cut off! Who cuts off the arches? Not one good picture in front of the arches. They do NOT have professional photographers my friends. Take your own photos. Don't let them convince you otherwise. I still purchased 3 photos as I thought I could use apps to improve them and wanted a memory of our day. $100 for 3 photos. Such a disappointment. I want to give this company 3 stars because of the photo situation but the rest of the experience was great and the photo situation is obviously a personal preference. If I had any photos other than 2, I would share them, TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS. Do not let them talk you into their photographer or you will be disappointed and out a lot of money.

Nely taught how to get Kobe to spin, be a shark zooming to us, blowing underwater rings, and other tricks. Best morning experience coming here. There are lockers as you're not allowed to keep jewelry, watches, earrings and such on while in with the dolphins; NO sunscreen either, but call and ask about reef safe sunscreen when you book if it's ok: I believe the policy is absolutely none. We don't want to unwittingly harm the dolphins when hugging ! I suggest you book direct with them as opposed to through your hotel or other agencies. While waiting to be escorted to the pool there's some chairs and tables in the shade near the lockers, after you check in. Inside you can have sandwiches and some other snacks, beer, sodas and such; also a selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts rashguards, hats, and lots of dolphin plushies.
