The staff is not only professional but they are constantly checking in with you from before the trip, what to anticipate, to how you were going to get back to your hotel. Booking was super easy, and the boat captains are awesome (always ask for Captain Jose). We went snorkeling off several beaches. Jose took the time to show us the reefs, various fishes, and made sure we were also fed with brown bag lunches. It's so rad to get staff who are passionate for what they do & it completely shows in the hospitality care. Out of everything planned for the trip, this was my favorite and most memorable. Did the parasailing through Cabo expeditions. We took a cruise ship here and tried to book a parasailing excursion through the ship's activities desk but were told it had been sold out. Bummed, we decided to just walk around the marina and do a little souvenir shopping instead. After a couple of hours, we headed back to the dock to get back on the ship. There was a booth for Cabo expeditions and my hubby approached to ask about their parasailing. Found out that there were open slots for the next boat out and we hopped on that chance since we had a few more hours to kill. Score! The boat crew was awesome and entertaining. They provided us with drinks and there was even a professional photographer on board. We were joined with about 6 other people, who were also part of our cruise. My hubby and kids were the first ones up, each took turns of flying 600 feet up for 10 minutes. It seemed longer. Everyone on the boat had their turn and the captain even took us super close to Los Arcos to see the beaches there and the arch. Beautiful! Another very exciting and memorable experience for us! I was a little sad at first because we arrived on time for our reservation but they made us wait an hour because they were over booked. If I had to guess...different hotels use them and communication was off between employees. BUT...they made up for it during our jet ski journey. We did an hour and shared two doubles and it was $67 per person. The workers were friendly after we asked them what was going on but they were understanding about us being upset about delays. Like I said, they acknowledged their lack of communication and overcompensated and it was great. I'd go through here again. They picked us up at the hotel and dropped as off!! Height is not my THANG, but hey, YOLO, right? LOL. I'm so glad I booked with this company for our parasailing adventures. I booked our trip via Tripadvisor/Viator for one trip at $106 for two people, it was easy and smooth. I especially loved that they were so nicely setup with a office meeting spot (that even had their own small cafe and photography department that helps take photo of your trip) that provided short shuttle to the pier dock that we left at. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, we even got our time bumped up because there was a previous cancellation. Our guide, photographer and boat driver were all very professional, funny and down-to-earth making easy small talk, it made our trip so fun! If I weren't so terrified of heights, I would've said the view was amazing and gorgeous, being able to see the ocean and town so far up, it's actually very calming moment. The parasailing is 10 minutes, me and my boyfriend flew tandem together. Our guide was careful and made sure our gear was put on correctly and securely before flying. They also provide photos you can buy for $40 on a CD or $30 for twp printed shots at the end of the trip. They'll show you all the photos at their office photo desks to see if you want to purchase. Highly recommend them for parasailing adventures! The overall feel was a very professional (compared to some more small boat tours) setup. read more

We toured with this company through our cruise ship. This was the two bay zodiac snorkel. As the name indicates, we visited two different bays for snorkeling. Our guides were Fernanda and Julio. Check-in was smooth and easy. The zodiac was clean and appeared sound. They do provide some bottled water, and any equipment you need. The tour itself was enjoyable. We spotted whales, and Julio detoured for several minutes so we could watch the whales for a bit. Then off to the first bay. The water in the first bay was clearer, but there was some shallow rocks one needed to be aware of. Both sites were enjoyable. Julio and Fernanda were great. Very friendly, yet very professional. They managed the excursion well, and I can see touring with them again. read more

The kids requested Snuba as there activity in Cabo. Staff at check-in were efficient and helpful in preparing us to get on the boat. The captain and crew worked very well together to get everyone in wetsuits and all the gear on board for the excursion...both guides were enthusiastic, did a great job with instructions and prepared our first time snuba participants for the adventure...the time flew by and everyone said they'd do it again and loved being in the middle of all the fish and experiencing sea life up close. read more

We signed up for the Sea of Cortez tour. I highly recommend this tour. We were taken by Mundo on the bus to the site. The bus was clean, comfortable, with bathrooms on the bus. Then taken onto a beautiful catamaran, served drinks throughout the day, fed a great breakfast and wonderful lunch. Manuella was our guide, she was personable, funny and very informative throughout the whole outing. Bill took our photos throughout the whole trip with photos of us snorkeling and swimming with the sea lions that none of us could have taken with such detailed moments under water. We saw dolphins on our way back and he got amazing photos of them jumping out of the water. The pictures of my kids jumping out of the boat were amazing!!!! Alex also was there to help anybody with fears of the water and never left their side!!! Could have not have asked for a better crew for our experience! Well worth your money. read more

Ricardo and Julio gave us an amazing snorkeling experience Friday 11/22. They took us to two beautiful locations very far from each other and Gabe it their "ALL"- did everything they could to make it perfect for us. We did the whale shark excursion and loved it! The guide and captain were very knowledgeable about the whale sharks which allowed us maximum time in the water with them. The only thing we didn't love about the day was the GoPro. We paid $40 (cash only, which we didn't know about so we had to pull from an atm) to use their GoPro and it was not functional. We only ended up with one video despite recording a video on every dive. However, the guide did take great pictures that were transferred to us as well. Overall, highly recommend! Just bring your own GoPro! read more

We just got back from Cabo where we tried SNUBA for the first time. What a great experience!! Our guides were very professional and thorough. They explained everything in detail before we even got on the boat which was really helpful because once you're under the water they can only use hand signals to communicate. We saw quite a fee tropical fish, most of which seemed to hang around Pelican Rock. The tubes that are attached to our air supply are about 20 ft long so that is as low are you are able to go which was fine, where we were we were still able to be on the sea floor. I've never been under the water like that in any capacity, it was so fun! I would definitely do it again! The crew even took us a little farther down after our adventure was over so that we could see lovers beach and the famous arch! Jorge and Pablo were amazing!! This is the second time we've done the snuba with them and each time was very enjoyable. Jorge teaches you everything you need to know and guides you as you're underwater. Swimming alongside the fish was a fun and exciting experience. AMAZING EXPERIENCE SCUBA DIVING CLASS ACT-LINO/ARMANDO Scuba diving was a thrill -the sea of cortez was sooooo clear i saw the sea lions swimming above my head , we saw sea horses and the shrimp wreck on the pacific side Definitely ask for Lino as your master diver, i felt super safe and he constantly checked up on me to make i was doing okay and he has been scuba diving for over 12 years and over 12, 000 dives , We saw large Sea turtles, lobster, eels and so many other fish , amazing experience from start to finish . Lino took care of my equipment, washed it down, made sure I was happy with my dives, and the other crew members on the ship were also great ! Arturo a great photographer and what a cool camera and video is a must to buy ! Safety is their number one priority which I also like too . Super well organized all the way thru. Facebook messenger super responsive every time I had a question. Angela at the front desk went out of her way to ensure that I was taken care of and was totally satisfied with the service. Went for whale shark adventure, mid November. It was great. They picked us up at hotel, then go to their main site where you get put into groups (they offer different experiences). It says breakfast is included, heads up about that-you start early like at 7am then to main site, it takes maybe 1/2 hour. Use restrooms. They have a coffee stand (My friend got me a coke, i know they have sodas an café, maybe snacks) I went up to my guide and asked him about this breakfast. I found out it was a sack lunch vibe-turkey sandwich, apple and a juice. I said I'm a vegetarian and he was like, 'sorry we only have that, do u want fruit?' I said 'no that's not enough to last me hours please can u make me cheese sandwich?' he took off running to get it made before we left. That was very cool if him, but they need to let you know it's a sack lunch, not breakfast. I highly recommend eat full break if u get up early, or bring your own extra stuff, esp if you have low blood sugar. I knew there was a 2 hr bus ride ahead and the boat/sharks. Bus-Very nice and clean with cold water bottles in coolers. Drive was cool to see sights. Our guide talked to us about sharks and rules and what to expect and the eco-precautions they are taking to protect the whale sharks. I was very happy they had these rules in place. We arrive at whale museum, bathrooms, changing, gear station and lockers (no locks) but they lock the bldg. They provide everything BUT, TRUST ME ON THIS TIP bring your own semi-dry/dry snorkel, mask and fins. Even if it's a snorkel 'kit' or rent gear if you are by a dive shop. Make sure mask fits your face. Most people have that old skool snorkel trauma of inhaling tons of water as a kid. These are those snorkels, the J tube. I'm a diver and have my own gear and prescription mask. I brought a full dry snorkel for my friend who hasn't snorkeled in a min. It was a life saver for her, she could enjoy the sharks without the water worry. But as soon as she jumped in her fin came off, non adjustable. Others it happened to as well. They do float. You do need fins, if the shark isn't feeding in one place, you will have to put effort into kicking. Don't rush make sure your stuff fits well. -They provided special sunscreen that won't hurt sharks use that there's a gallon pump of it. And shorty wetsuits are there as well. You can only take minimum stuff with you on board that was that wasn't clear. I left extra GoPro batteries and other things I always take on boat. If u need waterproof bag for your stuff u don't want to leave in locker, buy one on amazon or dive shop b4 your trip. Your stuff under you on boat will get wet. Went to our boats and waited for our turn. Tha Captn has water on the boat and candy if you need something, you may get hungry. (Again special diets/diabetic bring own snack) It was amazing an magical! Worth every penny. Your guide has a GoPro camera filming your adventure. Stay by him so he can get good shots of the experience. The viz isn't great maybe 8' or so because of all the plankton and they can get good shots. Cost is extra for USB of pix, take advantage of this! Have your guide get some great shots for u. *remember to tip the guys as u see fit and don't forget the captain. read more

What unbelievable adventures! I cannot describe how I feel after these experiences with Cabo Adventure: on day one, I took the snorkeling tour, which bring you to see all the fantastic reefs just outside Cabo's bay. After that, we navigates to the Playa de Santa Maria for snorkeling. The seabed is variegated and closer you get to the reef, more varieties of fishes you can observe! They also give you instruction for the use of the kayaks and stand up paddles. Our guide Manuela was really knowledgeable and at our disposal for any request and Gabo the photographer was ready to get the perfect shot! On the second day I got the tour to the Sea of Cortez on board of a beautiful catamaran. Again, Manuela was our exceptional guide: she entertained us on the bus on the way to La Paz and time flied until we got to the marina. Her passion for her job and her love for the place could be felt in any of her speeches. There started our navigation to Isla de Espiritu Santo. An amazing trip: all the crew on board was attentive, they prepared lunch for us and Paul, the sailor-barman shake exceptional cocktails. Hector the photographer was ready to shot wonderful memories of us and also Ben and the other sailors were nice and funny. Once we arrived to Espiritu Santo we discovered the marvelous water life: seals, sea stars, fishes, what a show! We could swim in this fantastic environment, under the surveillance of our guides, that protected us and especially the seals from too invasive approaches. Third day to La Paz again with our new guide Alex for swimming with the whale sharks. Alex was really good in calm down our excitement, give us proper instruction, help the more anxious participant in order to enjoy every single moment of this experience: swimming with the whale sharks. He made sure everyone got to see them and feel comfortable in the situation. He was really attentive and he did his job with professionalism and sensitivity. We also had the opportunity to had a great lunch with fish tacos and some tequila shots! And on the way back we had a surprise: we stopped at the Hotel California, quoted in the Eagles' song! I will never forget all the sensations I lived in those three days and the perfect organization and the people working for Cabo Adventures are part of that! read more

We just had an epic adventure with the whale sharks and Jesus and his team were our fearless leaders. We were picked up promptly at 6:10 from our hotel in Cabo. From there we drove to la Paz, stopping once for bio break and coffee. We got to their office in la Paz, we changed into our wetsuits (Cabo expeditions provided shorty wet suits and snorkel gear), and set off to find the whale sharks. Once our skipper and Jesus found a whale shark we plunged into the water to swim along side it. It swam quite quickly at first, so we had to get back onto the boat a few times to chase after it. Jesus and our skipper were excellent at spotting it again and again. For those who weren't able to get a good look at the whale shark, Jesus jumped in next to them and held there arm, guiding them along side the whale shark-- everyone got a good jump in. For our last jump we found a whale shark that gently glided through the water (we saw at least two different whale sharks). We must have swam along side it for 30 min or so, staring into its eyes and admiring its grace and beauty. On our boat ride back we were greeted by a pod of dolphins (amazing!) and once at shore we had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (included in the trip). The van took us back to our hotel exhausted and feeling grateful for this incredible experience and our guides. Thank you to Jesus and his team!
