I saw some other reviews mentioning issues with gift cards. So context for that(shared to me by an employee tonight when I inquired why my number was longer found in the system): Earth Fare under the previous owners went bankrupt in 2020. So any gift card purchased under previous ownership will now not work as it's a whole new entity that owns just operating under the same name. I agree they should honor it but they have no way of knowing what that balance would have been which is the issue.
