The problem was lack of personalization; the solution was the Nutrition Corners. The Nutrition Corners would be a place where customers would receive professional advice on the core of supplementation, which is nutrition and exercise. Along with the free advice, the customers would receive everyday wholesale pricing on over 150 different brands. Luckily, they had the "Godfather" on their side. We stopped by The Fresh Market/Farm Fresh located at chatham drive because it was convenient. We found the dry spice package we needed, but the packaging was broken. We went to customer service and spoke with the man in charge, but unfortunately, he told us it was the last one in stock. Since we are not familiar with the area and weren't sure where else to go, we decided to take the broken package and use it anyway--it's a dry spice, so we figured it would be fine. To our surprise, the same gentleman came to the cashier and told her not to charge us--it was free. Even though the cost of the spice wasn't significant, his thoughtfulness and kindness truly impressed us. This kind of gesture doesn't happen often in international markets. He made this Thanksgiving feel even more like Thanksgiving.
