Instead of sending me replacement product, the said they had cancelled my order and were refunding me my money. I asked them to resend the product rather than refunding my payment. They said, "it was against company policy" to do that. Now, nearly three weeks later, I still have not received my refund! I called and was told it takes ten days to two weeks to be refunded. This company is a joke! I will not be dealing with them ever again.
