My normal go to Co-op was closed down for today so I checked this place out to see what I had to offer. There was a decent amount of parking since it's usually packed. Staffy are really friendly and a had a great selection of grocery items that I was looking for as well as some practical personal items too. They have a nice little grab and go selection and you can even order some food as well. Overall, i do think the store Lacks a fair amount of selection that I've seen that other stores. There wasn't really hydrating water electrolytes in there that I was looking for that I've came across the other stores too. Overall , I do think this was a average natural food store

Went in for King Arthur Bread flour, Rye and Whole wheat too. Planned on three mid size bags. Plans are to make some pizza crusts and play with the ratios to see how they turn out. To my delight not only did I get the King Arthur, I found locally grown rye and whole wheat in bulk bins. I got a lb of the last two to experiment in my recipes. Grabbed some yeast and tomatoes as well. Some vegan charizo. What a beautiful shop. Friendly staff and everything.

I came in here wanting something fermented and found just what I was looking for: spicy kimchi. I was delighted to see that they have a great selection of fish-free kimchis along with the traditional anchovy and shrimp containing kinds. There's even a local brand that looks intriguing (next time). I also perused the gift section and bought myself a new lunch bag. I admired the gorgeous alpaca items--the hats are fun and they have some of the most gorgeous knots I've ever seen. Don't miss their mittens and gloves: warm, beautiful, and oh-so-functional (you can fold the tops off for extra dexterity!). I also went through the supplements and beauty section and bought some vitamins (I do love my vitamins) and a lip balm. The lip balms here are all really good, and it's easy to find petroleum free if you prefer. All the ones that I looked at were largely plant-based, though many contain beeswax. Very friendly staff and ample parking make this a great place to grab yourself a treat. (While I wasn't shopping for produce today, I love to go through the produce section. They have an excellent selection of everything, including a wide selection of fresh mushrooms and fresh kale that you can't find in most stores. They also have bulk fresh cranberries! It's a great place to let your culinary imagination run wild (and make your dreams come true if you are so inclined).

They have all the spices I could think of, as well as their own seasoning mixes for chili, spaghetti, and vegetarian chicken broth. They carry dried fruits, ghee, and locally produced butter, honey, and grass fed organic beef. I believe almost everything they have is non-GMO if not organic. They will gladly tell you what is what, and why. The ladies that run it are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They can help you make choices that won't disagree with your dietary issues. Not knowing much about lentils, I told her I wanted just enough green and brown lentils to make two batches of soup and in 20 seconds she had them for me in two small baggies. I even got to sample some of the dried fruit and vegetarian bacon bits. They're located on a small street that gets very little traffic. There's plenty of room to park on the street, but you could probably just park right in the street and no one would notice. I believe they are only open Thurs - Sat, but if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

The store has plenty of parking and it's right off the corner street so it's easy to access from roads and not too far from the highway either. The store boasts a wide variety of hot foods at a fair price so you can have a grab and go meal. The lines here are pretty short but I didn't find many good finds here, it was just a general store in my eyes compared to other co-ops I've been to. I do like that they sell plenty of home decor items here as well but overall I found a store as a decent place to shop at. Plenty of great locals too!
